Hilton has not waited until the beginning of next year to present its list of most eagerly awaited openings in 2023. And of the twenty or so hotels selected to represent the American group's best projects, two are in French towns linked by a rich wine-growing and historical heritage, Bordeaux and Dijon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While the Burgundy metropolis saw the opening this year of the Cit\u00e9 Internationale de la Gastronomie et du Vin <\/strong>Hilton International's new hotel is part of this major tourism project. Expected to open in summer 2023 just a stone's throw from the medieval city centre, the H\u00f4tel Sainte-Anne Dijon will be housed in a former 17th-century hospital that has been converted into a luxury hotel with 125 rooms and suites. A new member of the Curio Collection by Hilton<\/a>The hotel will feature outdoor terraces, a swimming pool and, of course, a bar and gourmet restaurant where you can enjoy the region's prestigious wines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Bordeaux, another of Hilton's brands, the Tapestry Collection, is preparing to set up shop next spring, welcoming to its ranks le Marty Hotel Bordeaux<\/strong>. This 61-room establishment with an arty feel will open its doors in the heart of the business district of de Meriadeck<\/a>a fast-evolving business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
