The Spaces coworking brand has just added a new business address, in an environment that is no less businesslike: in the heart of the airport ofAmsterdam Schiphol<\/a>. On the third floor of departures hall 1, the hall for Schengen destinations<\/strong>This shared workspace is located in a public area, and is therefore accessible to all. For a fee, of course, or as part of their package for members of the IWG network, the parent company of Spaces<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Business travellers, nomadic freelancers, groups of colleagues: all these professionals can find a practical, fully-equipped place to work or hold a meeting while waiting to embark. To this end, the Spaces Conference Schiphol Airport Terminal 1<\/strong> has six workspaces that can accommodate more than a hundred people, as well as four meeting rooms<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For a bite to eat or a drink, travellers will find the following right next door a new restaurant<\/strong>The Spaces brand has teamed up with HMSHost Nederland, a specialist in airport and station catering, to develop its new business venue. In addition to its wide range of dishes and beverages, the newly opened Panorama restaurant adds another asset: access to a panoramic terrace with views of the slopes<\/strong>. \"\u00a0Working with Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and IWG, we've come up with a great way to provide working and meeting spaces for travellers on the move, so they can use their precious time as efficiently as possible.<\/em>\" said Sytze van der Aa, Regional Managing Director of HMSHost Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It should be noted that the Spaces brand, which originated in Holland before being taken over by IWG, was already present at Amsterdam airport<\/strong> with a space integrated into the Microsoft The Outlook building, a high-tech hub adjacent to the terminals. Designed in partnership with the IT giant, this space, called Spaces Schiphol Airport, has 8 meeting rooms, accommodating between 4 and 50 people. With the new lounge integrated into the KLM hub, IWG is pursuing its objective of opening up \"a world of possibilities\".\u00a0at least 200 new flexible offices in the Netherlands over the next five years<\/em>\" said Gavin Phillips, IWG Benelux Regional Vice President.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
