In the luxury segment, a number of Raffles hotels will all open their doors in the middle of the year, including the much-anticipated <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/raffles-londres-luxe-histoire-20211202.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Raffles at The OWO in London<\/a> which revisits the former British War Office as a hotel with 120 rooms and suites, 85 private residences and 11 trendy restaurants and bars. In addition to a more leisure-oriented establishment within the Galaxy luxury complex in Macau, the brand, which is extending the prestige of the famous Singapore palace, will be visiting <strong>another major global business metropolis: Boston<\/strong>. Located in the exclusive Back Bay district, this first Raffles hotel in North America will offer 147 rooms and suites, as well as 146 one- to three-bedroom residences and magnificent penthouses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/luxe-groupes-hoteliers-croissance-20221209.html\/\" data-id=\"137829\">Luxury, the new priority for hotel groups<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier this year, the historic heart of Panama City will see the opening of the Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo, a beachfront hotel with 159 rooms and suites, as well as indoor and outdoor reception areas. The hotel is due to open in 2023, <strong>Sofitel to celebrate 30 years in China<\/strong> a third address in Shanghai, with a 300-room hotel on the outskirts of Shanghai. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/sofitel-shanghai-20211104.html\/\">in the North Bund district<\/a>. For its part, Fairmont will be setting up in early 2023 near the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Centre and the King Abdullah financial district of the Saudi capital, with a long-stay establishment comprising 249 residences, the Fairmont Ramla Serviced Residences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/accor-raffles-london-owo.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"394\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/accor-raffles-london-owo.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-138277\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/accor-raffles-london-owo.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/accor-raffles-london-owo-300x169-derived.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a><figcaption><em>Raffles London at the OWO.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>France is also on the development agenda with<strong> a new MGallery in Issy-les-Moulineaux<\/strong>The Domaine de la Reine Margot, a 17th-century residence of Queen Marguerite de Valois, has been transformed into a charming hotel by the famous designer Jean-Michel Wilmotte. As for Paris intra muros, the French capital will see the arrival at the beginning of the year of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/delano-accor-lifestyle-paris-20210210.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">new lifestyle brand<\/a>Maison Delano, near Place de la Concorde. Housed in the former Buddha Bar hotel on rue d'Anjou, the hotel is making a name for itself on the Parisian scene, with culinary concepts designed by three-star Spanish chef Dani Garc\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This project is supported by Ennismore,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/accor-equilibre-luxe-et-lifestyle-20220315.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> the joint venture in 2021 created by Accor and Ennismore<\/a> to establish its footprint in the lifestyle hotel sector, will be followed by others. After <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/so-flagship-paris-20220310.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Paris in 2022<\/a>At the beginning of the year, the SO\/ chain will set up shop in Dubai in the Uptown Tower. This new skyscraper will be <strong>the centrepiece of the Uptown Dubai complex <\/strong>In addition to offices, its floors will include a 188-room design hotel and 229 private residences, complete with a majestic reception hall, swimming pool and elegant restaurants and bars. The list of new luxury and trendy hotels also includes Mondrian Singapore, due to open in early 2023 in the booming Duxton Hill district, a stone's throw from the Central Business District.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"396\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/sofitel-shanghai-accor.jpg\" alt=\"The Sofitel Shanghai North Bund will have 300 rooms and suites in a strategic area for business travellers.\" class=\"wp-image-115727\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/sofitel-shanghai-accor.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/sofitel-shanghai-accor-300x170-derived.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><figcaption><em>The Sofitel Shanghai North Bund, in a strategic area for business travellers.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, Ennismore, through its fifteen or so brands ranging from luxury to new-generation hybrid hotels Jo&amp;Joe, supported <strong>opening every fortnight<\/strong>. The joint venture intends to repeat this performance in 2023, with plans for more than 30 hotels and residences. These include an arty hotel under the 21c Museum banner in Saint Louis in the United States and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/hoxton-sept-hotels-europe-20221018.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">new Hoxtons<\/a> in Brussels, with a business hotel expected in spring in the former European headquarters of IBM, and in Berlin in mid-2023, in the Charlottenburg district. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/ennismore-cent-lifestyle-accor-20220927.html\/\" data-id=\"132359\">Ennismore: Accor's lifestyle subsidiary hits the 100 mark<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>A number of new Mama Shelters, notably in Rennes and Dijon, will symbolise the new Mama Shelter.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/mama-shelter-dijon-nice-dubai-20221107.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> expansion in French secondary towns<\/a> a brand that is also expected to open in Dubai between 2023 and 2024. In parallel, <strong>Ennismore will also be working on Tribe's growth<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/tribe-accor-nouvelle-marque-lifestyle-20200702.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">one of the latest brands launched by the French group<\/a>. With eight hotels open and 44 more in its pipeline, Tribe will be adding a new Asian address in Bangkok's Sukhumvit 39 district early this year, after opening a hotel in Phnom Penh earlier this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So much for luxury and lifestyle. But that's not all, <strong>Accor is also counting on a more traditional hotel business <\/strong>to expand its footprint in the world's major metropolises, across all categories. In France,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/greet-quatre-nouveaux-hotels-france-20211220.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> the greet economic brand<\/a>, <strong>a focus on sustainability and eco-design<\/strong>For example, ibis Styles will be adding a new hotel on the outskirts of Paris, the greet Paris Hippodrome de Vincennes. In Europe, and still on the subject of budget hotels, Denmark will see the arrival this winter of the ibis Styles brand near Copenhagen city centre, on the island of Amager, as part of the Nest45 project, a property complex also housing offices and small businesses. On<strong> long-stay care, a fast-growing segment,<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/adagio-interview-desaulles-coliving-teletravail-20220304.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Adagio<\/a> will be adding a 147-apartment aparthotel in London's Whitechapel district at the end of 2023. A dozen are expected this year, including a Pullman at Auckland airport and another in Australia, linked to the Western Sydney conference centre, as well as a Mercure hotel in Cairns, on the north coast of Queensland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of 2023, Mercure will open the first international-brand hotel for business travellers. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/mercure-haneda-tokyo-20220617.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tokyo Haneda airport<\/a>. In China, the brand will also be offering a combination of a top-of-the-range Grand Mercure hotel and the long-stay Grand Mercure Living in Chengdu, in the Western Financial Innovation Center business district. The year will also see the opening of the<strong> largest ibis Styles hotel in the world<\/strong>In mid-2023, Pullman Singapore will be opening on Hill Street, in the administrative and cultural heart of the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While this business brand is also expected to open in Nairobi in 2023, in the Upper Hill district, close to the headquarters of major companies and embassies, Novotel, Accor's historic brand for business travel, will open in the centre of New Delhi and will also add <strong>a new address in Mexico City<\/strong>. Its fourth in the Mexican capital, but the first to open in the historic centre.
