But also in terms of our pricing policy. This is a process of continuous improvement. In particular, we are going to study special offers for our business travellers, consolidate our results, analyse other routes and assess the opportunity to develop other services elsewhere in France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Roberto Rinaudo - <\/strong>There are a number of issues that need to be addressed: distribution channels, pricing, services... There's a whole list of subjects that need to be dealt with if we are to offer a genuine travel experience to this type of traveller. Trenitalia does have lounges in Italy, but the model was different from France, particularly in terms of access to stations. So it wasn't immediately transferable. Not least because there is greater awareness of the need for environmentally-friendly travel, and the use of low-carbon means of transport. And we have to be ready to provide a quality service that meets passengers' requirements. That's what we're working towards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Roberto Rinaudo -<\/strong> Yes, because the presence of several operators who, in our case, also want to complement the incumbent operator, gives us more choice in terms of the number of trains available and the quality of service. The initial results confirm that this is a good strategic choice that we wish to continue making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Roberto Rinaudo -<\/strong> The principle remains the same. We are always in favour of opening up to competition. We've already had a wonderful experience in Italy. We are never against the arrival of new operators!<\/p>\n\n\n\n Roberto Rinaudo -<\/strong> We can work on partnerships. This law is good news for us because it will further encourage rail transport compared with other modes of transport. And as we operate on the Paris-Lyon route, where the TGV journey time is less than 2 hours, we are already well positioned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Roberto Rinaudo -<\/strong> That's another market to think about. But the customers who today still travel by plane between Paris and Lyon will tomorrow be taking the high-speed train.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Roberto Rinaudo -<\/strong> It's a problem of habit, of behaviour. But I'm convinced that in the next few years there will be a change in mentality that will lead people to favour the train more and more.
