For the occasion, the <strong>intimate version<\/strong> of its concept, called Maison Delano, which will set up at the beginning of the year on rue d'Anjou, in the 8th arrondissement of Paris.<sup>e<\/sup> arrondissement. The establishment revisits a former 18th-century town house.<sup>e<\/sup> century building into a sophisticated urban cocoon with 56 rooms, including 19 suites. Its innovative concept, based on loft rooms with modular furniture, will be installed on the top floors of the Stream Building, a sustainable mixed-use building located opposite the new courthouse in the 17th arrondissement of Paris.<sup>e<\/sup> arrondissement. The entrepreneur is gradually extending his footprint to the hotel sector. In Paris, the group was already at the helm of the luxurious Relais Christine and Saint James, as well as the H\u00f4tel Balzac, following the acquisition of several establishments from the JJW group in 2021. The Hotel Balzac, which has undergone a complete renovation under the guidance of architects Festen, will reopen in summer 2023 with 55 rooms and suites and, as before, the Pierre Gagnaire restaurant. In addition, there will be<strong> two intimate five-star hotels<\/strong>the Ch\u00e2teau des Fleurs in March, a 37-room hotel with bar and spa located on rue Vernet in the eighth arrondissement of Paris.<sup>e<\/sup>decorated by Quintana Partners as a tribute to the Paris of 1900. The other future hotel, the Norman, is due to open in the spring and will be designed by Thomas Vidalenc in the style of the 1960s. Located close to the Opera, this new five-star hotel, designed as a fertile enclave in the heart of the city, offers a concept centred around plants, with 73 rooms and suites as havens of peace, and three restaurant spots designed by French chef Dominique Crenn, who has won three Michelin stars in the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-citizenm-paris-opera-printemps\">CitizenM Paris Op\u00e9ra (spring)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/citizenm-opera.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-138809\" width=\"202\" height=\"248\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/citizenm-opera.jpg 314w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/citizenm-opera-245x300-derived.jpg 245w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 202px) 100vw, 202px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>And that's five for citizenM. After Paris CDG, La D\u00e9fense, Gare de Lyon and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/projets-abonnement-chadha-citizenm-20210915.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Champs-Elys\u00e9es<\/a>The brand is completing its network of hotels in the heart of the capital, on rue du Croissant, near the Sentier district. The estate, which includes a vegetable garden and orchard, will house a contemporary building with 70 rooms, while the historic part will house around ten suites, as well as a restaurant run by chef Christian Constant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hotel-des-grands-voyageurs-ete\">H\u00f4tel des Grands Voyageurs (summer)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This summer, the Saint-Germain district will boast a new hotel in its image, chic and avant-garde. With a name that will appeal to professionals who are always between trains or planes: the Hotel des Grands Voyageurs. Located in the heart of the Saint Placide district, <strong>the establishment is steeped in Milanese design<\/strong> in its interiors designed by Fabrizio Casiraghi. Its 138 rooms and suites play on a palette of brown and ivory tones, with accents of wood and hunter green. Located in Saint-Denis, between the Stade de France and the future Olympic Village, the hotel's silhouette will be a focal point for visitors to the competition venues. Not that the silhouette is new. In fact, the hotel is housed in <strong>a skyscraper from the 70s<\/strong>For many years, the Pleyel Tower was the tallest office tower north of the capital. Cleared of its occupants over a decade ago, dismantled and reinvented, the tower is now preparing for a high-flying hotel future. <strong>Nearly 700 rooms <\/strong>including two presidential suites of 120 m<sup>2<\/sup>With two restaurants, a swimming pool and a bar perched 140 metres high, this top-of-the-range hotel, operated by the German group H-H Hotels, has more than one argument for attracting business travellers. Close to the RER and the metro, on the way to Paris CDG, it has an executive lounge and several categories of rooms ideal for business trips. But it is above all its large conference centre that should put it firmly on the Paris business hotel map. Accessible from the ground floor of the tower<strong>The MICE area covers 4,500 m<sup>2<\/sup><\/strong>It can accommodate up to 2,350 people for all types of event. The ballroom alone can accommodate 1,500 people under its 7.50 m high ceiling. The hotel also has around fifteen rooms ranging from 30 m\u00b2 to 180 m\u00b2, some of which can be combined. Developed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/firstname-marque-lifestyle-bordeaux-20220607.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Alboran Group<\/a>its first hotel, affiliated to the Hyatt group's JdV brand, is moving into the business district by revisiting the former offices of the Allianz group, with their seventies architecture, as a lifestyle hotel. While IHG's boutique brand Hotel Indigo will also be setting up shop here this year, spring will see the opening of a <strong>Philippe Starck hotel<\/strong> and featuring one of Accor's lifestyle brands, the Mondrian Bordeaux les Carmes. Blending architectural heritage from the XIX<sup>e<\/sup> This new five-star hotel, housed in a historic building, will offer 97 rooms, a vast lounge bar and a Katsuya by Starck sushi restaurant, as well as meeting space and a 250m\u00b2 open-air terrace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cour-des-loges-lyon-a-radisson-collection-hotel-ete\">Cour des Loges Lyon, A Radisson Collection Hotel (summer)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"441\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/radisson-collection-lyon-cour-loges.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-138969\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/radisson-collection-lyon-cour-loges.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/radisson-collection-lyon-cour-loges-300x189-derived.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the most charming boutique hotels in Vieux Lyon, La Cour des Loges, is about to enjoy a new lease of life as part of the luxury brand. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/radisson-collection-milan-seville-20210922.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Radisson Collection<\/a>.<strong> Reunion of historic buildings<\/strong> Dating from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, the hotel is organised around an old-fashioned courtyard topped by a 17-metre glass roof. Located close to the train station, in a new eco-neighbourhood, <strong>the site revisits the former H\u00f4tel-Dieu dating from the 17th century.<sup>e<\/sup> century<\/strong>The new hotel will be built in this historic setting. In addition to 125 rooms and suites, this new member of the Curio Collection will have a restaurant with gastronomic pretensions, La Table de Sainte-Anne, and a bar, L'Oratoire, where you can enjoy the wines of the region.
