According to the latest updates on the website of the French Embassy in Beijing, new measures have been introduced by the French government<\/strong> for travellers arriving from China<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PCR test from China<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

From 5 January 2023 <\/strong>(applicable to aircraft leaving China on 4 January 2023)All passengers must present the following to the airline <\/strong>on which he was travelling to France, before embarking, in addition to a negative PCR test result, a declaration on honour<\/strong> attesting :
- He or she has no symptoms of covid-19 infection;
- That he\/she has no knowledge of having been in contact with a confirmed case of covid-19 in the fourteen days preceding the flight;
- If they are aged eleven or over, they must agree to a test being carried out on arrival in France. On this basis, random tests are carried out on arrival in France.
- That they undertake to remain contactable for a maximum of 15 days after their arrival in France and, if the result of the test carried out on arrival in France concludes that they are contaminated by covid-19, to respect a voluntary isolation period of seven days after their arrival in mainland France and, if they are aged eleven or over, to carry out a new test at the end of this seven-day period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
