This is what the<strong> Air France to Canada<\/strong>. In the summer of 2023, the company will operate flights to <strong>50 flights a week to five destinations<\/strong> : <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/montreal-energie-creative-20181024.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Montr\u00e9al<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/air-canada-reprise-internationale-20220225.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Toronto <\/a>and Vancouver<\/strong> as well as <strong>Quebec and Ottawa<\/strong> during the summer season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ottawa is in fact a novelty. <strong>The link between Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier (YOW) will be inaugurated on 27 June 2023<\/strong>. Five flights a week will be operated on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Frequencies will be in <strong>Airbus A330-200<\/strong>. The aircraft will have a capacity of 224 seats (36 in the Business cabin, 21 in Premium Economy and 167 in Economy).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-seule-compagnie-entre-l-europe-et-ottawa-en-2023\">Only airline between Europe and Ottawa in 2023<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Air France will be the only airline operating direct flights between Ottawa and Europe.<\/strong> Lufthansa had in fact planned to launch on the Frankfurt-Ottawa route. Announced at the end of 2019 for a start in May 2020, the project disappeared with the Covid crisis. Like the Ottawa-London Heathrow route operated by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/toulouse-montreal-air-canada-2023-20221014.html\/\">Air Canada<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the non-stop flight Paris CDG-Ottawa, <strong>Air France <\/strong>will continue to offer <strong>two daily bus services between Montr\u00e9al-Trudeau airport and Ottawa<\/strong>. Frequencies are adapted for connecting flights to and from Paris. This service is also available between Montreal-Trudeau and Quebec City, again with two daily frequencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Present in Canada since 1950, <strong>This summer, Air France will become the leading European airline in terms of capacity between Europe and Canada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/air-france-chine-20230127.html\/\" data-id=\"141367\">Air France: ambitions, decarbonisation and a strong comeback in China<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sept-villes-canadiennes-pour-le-tandem-air-france-klm\">Seven Canadian cities for the Air France-KLM tandem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Air France <\/strong>has also announced the resumption of the line between <strong>Paris CDG and Quebec<\/strong>. Three flights a week will be operated by Boeing 787-9 on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays from 2 May 2023 throughout the summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/air-france-quebec-paris-cdg-20220518.html\/\" data-id=\"125333\">Air France lands in Quebec City<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>On other France-Canada routes, Air France will link its Charles de Gaulle hub to <strong>three times a day with Montreal, twice a day with Toronto and once a day with Vancouver<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Via Amsterdam, <strong>KLM also offers a substantial range of services, with routes to Calgary and Edmonton in the West.<\/strong>. The Dutch company will offer <strong>13 weekly flights to Toronto, 1 daily flight to Calgary and Vancouver, 5 flights a week to Montreal and 4 flights a week to Edmonton<\/strong>. There is also a KLM coach service between Montr\u00e9al-Trudeau and Ottawa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2022<strong>Ottawa<\/strong> welcomed 2.99 million passengers, including 93,000 on international routes (excluding the United States). This volume is equivalent to that recorded by the airport... in 1997! By comparison, the hub recorded a total of 5.1 million passengers in 2019.
