The group posted profits : <strong>the c<\/strong><span id=\"page3R_mcid11\" class=\"markedContent\"><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">SALES<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">total<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">from<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Group reached<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">26,<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong>4 billion, while operating profit amounted to 1.2 billion euros.<\/strong>. <span id=\"page48R_mcid57\" class=\"markedContent\">This resulted in an operating margin of 4.5 %, well ahead of 2019 (4.2 %). <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/hotellerie-embellie-2022-perspectives-2023-20230224.html\/\" data-id=\"143559\">Clearer outlook for the global hotel industry<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p><span id=\"page3R_mcid11\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span id=\"page48R_mcid57\" class=\"markedContent\">Last year<span id=\"page33R_mcid200\" class=\"markedContent\">, <strong>the Air France-KLM Group welcomed 83.3 million passengers, 86.5% more than the previous year<\/strong>. Capacity increased by 44.2% and traffic by 104.6%, <strong>the aircraft load factor has risen sharply<\/strong>. It is displayed <strong>up 24.8 points on 2021<\/strong>. Let <\/span><span id=\"page33R_mcid201\" class=\"markedContent\">an average rate of <strong>84%<\/strong> over the year as a whole, and by almost 86% in the final quarter. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span id=\"page3R_mcid11\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span id=\"page48R_mcid57\" class=\"markedContent\"><span id=\"page33R_mcid201\" class=\"markedContent\"><strong>Unit revenue Passage<\/strong> per Available Seat Kilometre (ASK) increased by <strong>51,6%<\/strong>at constant exchange rates compared with 2021. Or 7.5 euro cents per ASK. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/tarifs-light-air-france-klm-20230427.html\/\" data-id=\"147635\">Air France-KLM launches \"Light\" fare in business and premium economy classes<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-groupe-air-france-a-la-reconquete-de-l-europe\">The Air France group to win back Europe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This healthy financial position will enable the Group to repay the loans taken out during Covid. <span id=\"page42R_mcid17\" class=\"markedContent\"><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">A<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">end<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">December 2022, Air France<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">KLM had already repaid 4.9 billion euros of<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">support <\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong>cash<\/strong>s debt profile.<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">G<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">roupe. The Group estimates that in<span id=\"page44R_mcid1\" class=\"markedContent\"> next April,<strong> it will withdraw in full from the \u20ac1.2 billion recapitalisation aid<\/strong> granted by the French government and the associated constraints. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span id=\"page42R_mcid17\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span id=\"page44R_mcid1\" class=\"markedContent\">Which, according to <strong>Ben Smith <\/strong>to the newspaper Les Echos, <strong>will<a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/air-france-klm-tap-air-portugal-20221102.html\/\"> Air France-KLM to resume its expansion policy<\/a><\/strong> and airline acquisitions to create another powerful European airline group. One that will be able to compete with<a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/lufthansa-ita-20230206.html\/\"><strong>hegemony of the Lufthansa group<\/strong><\/a> on the continent. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/air-france-chine-20230127.html\/\" data-id=\"141367\">Air France: ambitions, decarbonisation and a strong comeback in China<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>On the outlook for <strong>2023<\/strong>, <span id=\"page44R_mcid10\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Air France<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">KLM remains very optimistic<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">. A<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">insi<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">,<\/span> <strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">G<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">roupe plans<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">a <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">seating capacity<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">kilometres<\/span><\/strong> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">for passenger services on the Air France network<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">KLM <\/span><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">from<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the order of<\/span> <\/strong><\/span><span id=\"page44R_mcid11\" class=\"markedContent\"><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">90%<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"> \u00e0 <\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong>95% for the first half of 2023<\/strong> compared with 2019. <strong>This capacity would exceed <\/strong><\/span><\/span><strong><span id=\"page44R_mcid13\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">95% for the second half of 2023<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span id=\"page44R_mcid14\" class=\"markedContent\">. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span id=\"page44R_mcid14\" class=\"markedContent\">The low-cost subsidiary <\/span><span id=\"page44R_mcid15\" class=\"markedContent\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/transavia-nouvelles-lignes-2023-20221215.html\/\"><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Tra<\/span><\/strong><\/a><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/transavia-nouvelles-lignes-2023-20221215.html\/\"><strong>nsavia<\/strong><\/a> should see its capacity increase by<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">about<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">135% in 2023 compared with 2019. <strong>The latter carried 18.5 million passengers in 2022<\/strong>or <span id=\"page52R_mcid91\" class=\"markedContent\">an increase of 108.3% compared with 2019. And it will symbolically pass the 100 aircraft mark in its fleet this year.&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-highlight-box\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ADP in great shape<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The upturn in traffic and the exceptional results posted by the Air France-KLM group have also had a positive effect on A\u00e9roports de Paris (ADP). The airport group announced sales for the year of 4.68 billion euros, up 68.8 1Q3. The group's net profit reached 516 million euros, an increase of 764 million compared with 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For Augustin de Romanet, CEO of ADP, \"2022 is a year of strong growth in the ADP Group's results. We welcomed more than 280 million passengers across our network of airports. In Paris, we welcomed nearly 87 million passengers, more than double the number in 2021. In Paris, the retail and services activities recorded remarkable growth, driven by Extime Paris revenue per passenger reaching a record level of \u20ac27.4, up +16.9 1TP3Q compared to 2019.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last year, Roissy CDG welcomed 57.47 million passengers, representing 75.5% of its 2019 traffic. With 29.19 million passengers, Orly reached 91.6% of its 2019 level.
