For example, in a few years' time, passenger services will incorporate new technologies such as biometrics and geolocation. Passengers will be able to check in alone, with or without baggage. These technologies will also make security and police checks more fluid. In addition, our research and development teams are already working on a mobile application to guide passengers through the terminals and display the services available.<\/p>\n<h2>And for business passengers in particular?<\/h2>\n<p>They will be even more autonomous, both when preparing their trip and when they arrive at the airport. Depending on their profile, their location in the terminals or the length of their journey, business passengers will be offered tailor-made services on their mobile terminals (virtual concierge, possibility of making last-minute purchases of services or products, etc.). For passengers with long connecting flights, new areas will be created with hotel, restaurant, entertainment and personal care services, etc.<\/p>\n<h2>And when it comes to access to terminals, what changes can we expect over the next decade?<\/h2>\n<p>Access to Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport is set to improve with the construction of a high-speed rail link, known as the CDG Express, which would link the centre of Paris to the terminal 2 station in 20 minutes. At the same time, a project to modernise RER line B is under way to improve services to Paris-CDG.
