The budget brand Ibis Styles has made its debut in Scandinavia with its first hotel in Copenhagen. The Accor Group brand has set up close to the centre of the Danish capital, in the \u00d8restad sustainable business district<\/strong>. Just a 15-minute metro ride from Central Station, this 186-room hotel is part of the Nest45 project, a new multifunctional office complex.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

As always, the brand offers its sense of design, here conceived by the Dutch studio Mulderblauw. With graffitied walls, neon quotes and cascading lighting for an urban feel, and floral carpets and illustrated wallpaper for a natural feel, the ibis Styles Copenhagen \u00d8restad follows in the footsteps of the brand. the zeitgeist<\/strong>. Its bar-restaurant, Sunder, for example, offers healthy, convivial meals, while the hotel has bicycles available for hire so you can explore the city according to local customs.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Because of its location in an office building, but also because of its right next to the Bella Center conference centre<\/strong>For business travellers, the hotel offers an appropriate layout in each room, with a lounge area and a work area equipped with a range of modern connectivity options.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Next year, the Accor group's budget range will be enhanced by another practical address for business travellers in Tbilisi. Offering 72 rooms, each equipped with a workstation, the hotel will only be open to the general public.a few minutes' walk from the Georgian capital's international airport<\/strong>There are also railway and bus stations with links to the centre of Tbilisi.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

As well as housing this new ibis, the building will also includet a business centre and meeting rooms<\/strong>In keeping with Georgia's tradition, there will also be a wine shop. For its part, the hotel, which is deploying the Plaza design concept, will organise its entertainment around a central bar and offer an ibis Kitchen restaurant.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

This expected opening in Tbilisi will strengthen Accor's position in Eastern Europe and the \"New East<\/strong>. Already one of the leaders in this market, the French group signed 47 new hotel projects last year, for a total of 5,476 rooms. \"\u00a0The countries of Eastern Europe and those on the border between Europe and Asia continue to offer a fast-growing market.<\/em>said Camil Yazbeck, Managing Director of Accor's premium, mid-range and economy brands. The growth dynamic is significant, in particular in Romania, where Accor recorded the highest number of signatures<\/strong> - 8 in total - in 2022, followed by seven in Uzbekistan, six in Hungary, five in Poland and four in Georgia. Of all these developments underway or already completed, it is the top-of-the-range brands that are leading the way, with seven M\u00f6venpick hotels expected, notably in Baku, Azerbaijan and Samarkand, Uzbekistan.
