And the event <strong>Concur Fusion <\/strong>offered its executives the opportunity to demonstrate their commitment to a wide range of customers, either on site in Houston or behind their screens. The hybrid event was rather sparse on grand announcements. However, it was worth noting that <strong>the transformation of the user interface continues<\/strong>. Some customers should discover the <strong>first quarter <\/strong>a new modus operandi for <strong>car rental<\/strong>. H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Goumard explained ahead of the event: \" <em>It's an enhanced experience, with an estimate of the footprint of vehicles of all types: hybrid, electric or internal combustion. <\/em>\". The Director of Solutions at SAP Concur said: \" <em>help employees make decisions, make it easier to search according to needs, improve direct content and reduce the number of steps in the booking process <\/em>\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/deplacements-professionnels-parfois-concur-20220811.html\/\" data-id=\"129293\">A return to business travel sometimes \"problematic\" according to Concur<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>SAP Concur intends to make further progress in the electric sector in the coming months. \" <em>There is still a lot of educational work to be done, particularly to reassure travellers about electric vehicles. <\/em>\"explains H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Goumard. \" <em>Many users are afraid of not being able to find a charging point. This is information that needs to be part of the user experience, and it's part of the developments that will be delivered shortly, perhaps in the second quarter. <\/em>\"she continues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This improvement is part of a drive to move upmarket, which concerns the whole of the Travel package offered by Concur. \" <em>We're completely upgrading the Travel solution, and this is going to take place over the whole of 2023. The car component is the first part, followed by the hotel component, air travel, etc.<\/em>In short, St\u00e9phane Gillet, Director of SAP Concur France, describes a record year for R&amp;D investment. It's more to do with the architecture, the work on response times and the agility of the solution. And the visible part is coming this year. What we wanted to do was not to create a new platform, which would have been simpler, but to put in place a transition that is not visible, that does not impact our customers. For them, it's just a version upgrade, whereas in fact in terms of infrastructure we're changing completely. <\/em>\"warns H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Goumard.
