The next logical step for this brand inspired by Japanese-style capsule hotels, Yotel is due to open in the heart of Paris. Tokyo in 2024<\/strong>, in the Ginza district<\/a>. Like a return to the seeds of the concept. \"\u00a0Japan's focus on technology and innovation has been an important source of inspiration for Yotel since its inception.<\/em>\" underlined Hubert Viriot<\/a>CEO of Yotel. Just a fifteen-minute walk from Tokyo station, the establishment will deploy the brand's strengths with small but ultra high-tech rooms <\/strong>- There are 244 of them, with a digitalised customer journey from booking to check-out, while adding one of the latest features to the concept: a robotic concierge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With its offering in line with the expectations of local customers, Yotel has embarked on a genuine expansion strategy in major japanese cities<\/strong>s such as Kyoto, Kobe, Nagoya, Osaka Sapporo and Yokohama. At the same time, through its YotelAir concept, the group also plans to roll out its offer in the country's main airports and stations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Japanese offensive is representative of an all-out expansion, with Yotel aiming to reach the 50 hotels worldwide by 2025<\/strong>compared with around twenty today. Its target: prime locations for business travellers. This will be the case this year in Geneva, with a 237-room establishment close to the airport, housed in a complex with 2,000 square metres of space dedicated as much to mobile work and meetings as to relaxation. Similarly, next year, Yotel will be moving into the walls of the World Trade Center in Lisbon<\/a> - with a rooftop hotel and event space - in Melbourne's Central Business District, in a first for the brand in Australia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
