Established in 2019 by the PACTE law (Plan d'Action pour la Croissance et la Transformation des Entreprises - Action Plan for Business Growth and Transformation), this status recognises the social and environmental mission of a company, a \"company with a mission\".\u00a0<strong>raison d'\u00eatre<\/strong>\u00a0\"This is why the European leader in seminars and training has adopted new company articles of association. As a result, Europe's leading seminar and training provider has adopted a new corporate constitution. A development that had been in the pipeline for some time, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/chateauform-solutions-lien-distance-20210128.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Daniel Abittan explained back in January 2021<\/a> that a company should have \"\u00a0<em>above all social utility, rather than maximising profits<\/em>\" .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/interview-abittan-chateauform-entreprise-20220621.html\/\" data-id=\"127845\">Benjamin Abittan (Ch\u00e2teauform): \"Business can improve the world of tomorrow\".<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>The articles of association of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/chateauform-espagne-barcelone-20230307.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ch\u00e2teauform'<\/a> establishes a raison d'\u00eatre based on three elements, starting with its <strong>humanist model<\/strong>. With a desire to put people at the heart of the company, Ch\u00e2teauform' cultivates this model through the diversity of its teams, a management style in which values, not rules, take precedence, and a sense of fulfilment at work stemming from taking initiative and empowerment. All of this is summed up by a belief that goes hand in hand with hosting business events: \" <em>happy talents make happy customers <\/em>\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-grandir-et-faire-grandir\">Growing and helping others to grow<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ch\u00e2teauform' is keen to continue the work it has begun in-house outside the company and intends to \"\u00a0<em>inspiring our customers as much as they inspire us<\/em>\" . This is another pillar of its raison d'\u00eatre, reflected last year in a new brand tagline: \"Reveal your talents\". It sees itself as a showcase for the humanist business model, <strong>Ch\u00e2teauform' aims to be an influencer<\/strong>s by sharing its leadership methods and programmes with its customers. It's a way of inviting these companies to put people at the heart of everything they do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"<em>Thanks to these new articles of association, we will be able to continue to implement our commitments, while<br><strong>working day by day for a better society<\/strong><\/em>\"said Benjamin Abittan, Managing Director of Ch\u00e2teauform'. An ambition that naturally also includes environmental, social and community initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/chateauform-livre-blanc-evenements-durables-20230201.html\/\" data-id=\"141833\">Ch\u00e2teauform' shares its tips for sustainable events<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>The third aspect cemented by the transformation into a company with a mission, Ch\u00e2teauform' aims to \"\u00a0<em>creating encounters that respect people, places and living things<\/em>\" .
