The German Motel One group, which has built its reputation on contemporary hotels at affordable prices, is slowly but surely approaching the 100-establishment mark. It operates mainly in Germany, as well as in Paris, near Porte Dor\u00e9e in the 12th arrondissement.e<\/sup> At the end of last year, the hotelier had 88 hotels in the arrondissement. But it can also count on 28 other establishments in the pipeline<\/strong> to continue its growth, particularly internationally. In fact, around ten of these are expected to be outside its area of influence, the DACH region (Germany-Austria-Switzerland).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of last year, the Group completed the brand's entry into one of Europe's most popular markets, Lisbon<\/strong>close to the Parque Eduardo. As further proof of these ambitions, Motel One was delighted to be the first German group to take the plunge by crossing the Atlantic last December.
