Under the leadership of the <strong>Vinci Airports <\/strong>that the hub has begun its transformation, as part of a project costing \u20ac732 million over the concession period. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/air-serbia-aeroport-marseille-20230117.html\/\" data-id=\"140485\">Air Serbia soon to land at Marseille airport<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>A new stage in this transformation has been reached with the inauguration of part of the new central section of the terminal, with more than <strong>11 000 m\u00b2<\/strong>. For passengers, the new check-in counters are now located on the ground floor of the new central section of the terminal. And security and passport checks now take place on the first floor. According to those in charge, these changes should improve the passenger experience by improving the management of passenger flows. All this while adopting a look that is more consistent with the vast Vinci Airports network, in terms of design, materials, colour schemes, signage and furniture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other aspects of the project include the construction of a <strong>new tax-free zone <\/strong>covering almost 3,000 m\u00b2. The hub will also feature a large central square with shops and restaurants.
