The business travel agency has joined forces with the business travel section of the platform, <strong>Booking.com for Business<\/strong>to enhance hotel bookings, in particular with a duty of care component. The partnership is due to take effect from <strong>second quarter 2023<\/strong>.<br>Travellers will have access to advisers <strong>CWT<\/strong>and in several languages, to support them in the event of unforeseen circumstances. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\" <em>In the event of a disruption, everyone appreciates being able to contact an agent at any time of the day or night for help. <\/em>\"says Joshua Wood. The director of Booking.com for Business intends to meet the different needs of travellers and SMEs: \" <em>We understand that everyone has different travel preferences. For some, it's important to maximise their status and their <strong>loyalty points <\/strong>when they travel, while others are more focused on finding the best deal for their trips. (...) Thanks to this partnership, Booking.com for Business customers will have all this in one place, as well as the tools to <strong>manage costs <\/strong>and the <strong>duty of care <\/strong>with the help of a travel expert, wherever they are in the world, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week <\/em>\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The agreement between CWT, Booking.com for Business and Serko will extend the content offered to travellers. The hotel catalogue will be strengthened, and the booking platform will integrate additional air and car rental content thanks to CWT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/reservation-trains-voitures-mycwt-20220712.html\/\" data-id=\"127707\">Train and car reservations now available in myCWT<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\" <em>This is an exciting initiative, bringing together two of our partners through our Zeno technology platform to offer business travellers a connected travel experience, with all the booking functionality, fares and service they want, free of charge. <\/em>\"says Darin Grafton, CEO of Serko.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CWT is to combine its TMC role with hotel reservations via Booking.com for Business.
