With eight hotels worldwide - in Los Angeles, Miami, New York, London, Doha and Seoul, as well as Cannes and Mexico City - this <strong>high-end lifestyle brand <\/strong>with fourteen more to come. Taken over by Accor as part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/accorhotels-partenariat-lifestyle-sbe-20180629.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">takeover of US group SBE<\/a>then integrated into the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/ennismore-cent-lifestyle-accor-20220927.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ennismore joint venture<\/a>Mondrian has four of these on this year's programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/hotellerie-ouvertures-hotels-france-2023-20230102.html\/\" data-id=\"138583\">Overview of hotel openings in France in 2023<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>After the metamorphosis of the Grand H\u00f4tel de Cannes, now the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/mondrian-lifestyle-cannes-mars-20230227.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mondrian Cannes <\/a>last March, this arty, design-led brand will be adding <strong>a new hotel in France<\/strong> in early autumn in Bordeaux. The location is in line with the brand's lifestyle positioning, in the Chartrons district. Designed by Philippe Starck, the hotel is housed in a 19th-century building in the Chartrons district.<sup>e<\/sup> It will feature 97 rooms, a lounge bar and a sushi restaurant, as well as a 200 m\u00b2 terrace and meeting space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"349\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/mondrian-bordeaux.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-138819\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/mondrian-bordeaux.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/mondrian-bordeaux-300x150-derived.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><figcaption><em>Mondrian Bordeaux<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Before that, in the summer, the brand will also have appeared in Ibiza, with a 154-room resort overlooking the bay of Cala Llonga, to the east of the island. In June, Mondrian will also be adding <strong>a second site in Asia, in Singapore<\/strong>after the one in Seoul. Located in the fashionable district of Duxton Hill, not far from Chinatown and the Business District, the hotel revisits traditional Singaporean architecture in a lifestyle version. The Mondrian Singapore Duxton will offer a total of 302 rooms and suites, as well as a host of bars and restaurants and, to top it all off, a rooftop swimming pool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/como-mondrian-luxe-lifestyle-singapour-20230713.html\/\" data-id=\"152353\">Como, Mondrian: two new incarnations of lifestyle luxury in Singapore<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>The third quarter of 2023 will see another opening in a major Asian metropolis, at <strong>Hong Kon<\/strong>g this time. Located in Kowloon, in the bustling Tsim Sha Tsui district, this hotel will offer panoramic views over Victoria Harbour from its 324 rooms, including 12 suites, as well as from its Carna by Dario Cecchini steakhouse, perched at 39<sup>e<\/sup> floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By 2024-2025, a new hotel is due to open in the Asia-Pacific region, the Mondrian Gold Coast in Australia. The brand will also be adding a second hotel in Mexico, with <strong>a resort in Tulum <\/strong>to complement the Mondrian Mexico Condesa inaugurated at the end of last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But Mondrian's portfolio is also set to grow <strong>in the Middle East<\/strong>. Already established in Doha, the lifestyle brand is preparing two openings in the Abu Dhabi business district in 2024.
