It's a particularly buoyant segment, given the fierce competition between the leading hotel chains, each with its own new \"extended stay\" brand. Last year, Wyndham launched ECHO and Best Western HOME by BWH, while Choice launched Everhome Suites. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/hyatt-studios-long-sejour-etats-unis-20230419.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hyatt Studios<\/a>and now Hilton's 'H3 project', which has just been unveiled. And there's more to come, as Marriott CEO Tony Capuano took the opportunity of the group's results presentation to announce that in a few weeks' time \"\u00a0<em>a simple, modern extended-stay product with basic services for those looking for extended stays at an average price level<\/em>\" .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/hotellerie-long-sejour-outre-atlantique-20220404.html\/\" data-id=\"123215\">The long-stay hotel industry continues to expand across the Atlantic<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>All these brands have a similar objective: to attract travellers with an affordable offer. In particular blue-collar workers - the labour market is booming in the United States - but also healthcare professionals and the military. The concept features The Hive lobby, comfortable and hyper-functional with fitness, laundry and mini-market, outdoor barbecues and contemporary interiors in warm tones. To make customers feel truly at home, the establishments will offer spacious accommodation with separate areas for resting, working and preparing meals. The kitchens are equipped for long stays with a large fridge and a two-burner hob.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Economically efficient, with reduced overheads, this product should appeal to potential owners, with Hilton announcing that around a hundred discussions are under way, with the first properties expected to be completed next year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/chine-hilton-nouveaux-projets-20230802.html\/\" data-id=\"153517\">Hilton continues to grow in China, particularly in Shanghai<\/a><\/p><\/aside>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Hilton Group is unveiling a new long-stay brand, positioned in the mid-range.
