In some cases, companies have simply abandoned the idea of having offices and switched to full remote working. This is nothing new, but it is reflected in the growing need for <strong>meeting points<\/strong> to keep the company culture afloat, bind the teams together and move forward on new projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in the wake of the confinements, two new players, Homanie and The Oasis House, have entered the seminar market with much the same idea: to offer beautiful homes for <strong>meetings at the grand vert<\/strong>away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Any resemblance to the success of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/chateauform-societe-a-mission-20230321.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ch\u00e2teauform'<\/a>Homanie and The Oasis House are both inspired by this reference point. But both Homanie and The Oasis House aim to embody 'home from home' in its purest form. In other words, with houses of limited size. <strong>can be fully privatised<\/strong>. While Oasis House plays on the lifestyle trend, Homanie goes straight for luxury. Marie Treppoz and Sophie Desmazi\u00e8res are both experienced entrepreneurs - one of them having worked for the Bertelsmann group and created the Bureauxlocaux website, the other having founded the Milleetunelistes website - and they both wanted to create Homanie.<strong> a collection of the most beautiful French serviced residences<\/strong>. Exceptional sites designed to welcome wealthy holidaymakers, but also professional events out of season, with seminars accounting for two-thirds of business today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/seminaires-nature-inspirante-paris-20191119.html\/\" data-id=\"89959\">Seminars: inspiring nature around Paris<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>Initially, Homanie's offer was based on the founders' personal properties, exceptional derelict sites that had been completely transformed to accommodate exclusive stays. At the same time, the collection has grown with other owners who, through these seasonal rentals, can find a way to balance out costly restorations. \"\u00a0<em>Initially, the collection consisted of around fifteen properties. Today, it has grown to <strong>it has sixty<\/strong><\/em>\" says Sophie Desmazi\u00e8res, co-founder of the group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With much of its offer concentrated in the South of France, Homanie offers, for example, a hamlet of five houses surrounded by lavender in the Dr\u00f4me proven\u00e7ale - 17 rooms in all - or an estate on the edge of the Maures forest, near Saint-Tropez. The largest seminar venue offered by Homanie, with a total of 25 rooms and <strong>four houses, each with its own swimming pool<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/cassis-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"525\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/cassis-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-149419\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/cassis-2.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/cassis-2-300x225-derived.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/cassis-2-80x60-derived.jpg 80w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/cassis-2-265x198-derived.jpg 265w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a><figcaption><em>Large communal areas with sea views at Homanie Cassis.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>But the collection also extends to regions other than Provence-C\u00f4te d'Azur. In particular<strong> near Paris<\/strong>in Giverny or Essonne, with a medieval ch\u00e2teau, or not far from Deauville with a 19th-century villa.<sup>e<\/sup>There's also a hamlet of four chalets near Meg\u00e8ve in the Alps. Or even <strong>abroad<\/strong>Homanie's members include some of the most beautiful residences in Cadaqu\u00e8s. \"\u00a0<em>However, our priority is to consolidate our offering in France by moving into areas where we are not present, such as the South West, and why not Burgundy?<\/em>\" explains Sophie Desmazi\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the medium term, the collection should include around a hundred homes, selected according to a set of specifications covering around a hundred criteria. These will naturally include meeting rooms with all the necessary connectivity. \"\u00a0<em>Our homes must all have the same characteristics: perfect finishes, <strong>a remarkable location<\/strong>. We receive several requests a week to join Homanie, but not all the houses are of the quality we are looking for.<\/em>\" says the other co-founder, Marie Treppoz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-demeures-d-exception-et-maisons-de-campagne-chaleureuses\">Exceptional residences and cosy country houses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Homanie's customers include some CAC 40 companies, but mainly start-ups and SMEs. \"\u00a0<em>Companies that often choose to be more modest when it comes to office space, while at the same time offering their employees idyllic interludes.<\/em>\" says Marie Treppoz. Gathering in one or other of these houses frequented by the happy few is in fact a very special occasion. <strong>a real privilege<\/strong>This is in contrast to the 200,000 euros per week charged for some seasonal rentals. Businesses can rest assured, however, that the seminars offered by Homanie will be considerably cheaper, with packages costing around 450 euros per person per day on a full-board basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"467\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/pic-4-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-149431\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/pic-4-1.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/pic-4-1-300x200-derived.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><figcaption><em>Friendly seminars at The Oasis House.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In comparison, the seminars at The Oasis House are a notch lower, at around \u20ac250 per day per person. \"\u00a0<em>This will enable us to have a recurring presence, with teams coming not just for their major seminar, but several times a year.<\/em>\" explains Camille Personnat, co-founder of the company with Guillaume Prigent. While start-ups were the first clientele, The Oasis House is now targeting the needs of<strong> team seminars for major groups<\/strong>, \"\u00a0<em>companies that need to build cohesion and retain talent<\/em>\" says the entrepreneur. She has even come up with a new offer that should be launched soon: the <strong>privatisation of a house over several weeks<\/strong>This allows companies to rotate their teams on a recurring basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Having started with a handful of partner houses, The Oasis House model is now evolving to include<strong> the ownership and renovation of large country houses<\/strong>. \"\u00a0<em>We have bought two that will open in September, one between Etampes and Rambouillet and the other near Nemours. At the same time, two others are in the process of being acquired, in the Perche and Vexin regions.<\/em>\" says Camille Personnat. Before, most likely, going further afield, to Marseille, Lyon or Bordeaux for example, all destinations within easy reach by TGV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-highlight-box\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-des-evenements-sur-mesure-et-personnalises\"><strong>Tailor-made, personalised events<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\"\u00a0<em>It really is tailor-made<\/em>\" says Camille Personnat, for The Oasis House. \"\u00a0<em><strong>We'll give you the keys to the place<\/strong><\/em>\" says Marie Treppoz, co-founder of Homanie. The seminar venues of these new MICE players can be fully privatised, and stand out for their personalised offerings. <em>\"There's a real 'master of the house' spirit,<\/em> says Marie Treppoz<em>. The owner or manager of the place welcomes you and knows how to be present, without being omnipresent. On arrival, guests receive a welcome basket with local specialities, a booklet summarising the must-do experiences to be had and the best addresses to discover.<\/em>\" .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With a couple of caretakers nearby, cleaners on hand at mealtimes and shuttles to the nearest RER station or railway station, The Oasis House does everything possible to ensure that organisers don't have to worry about logistics either. So groups can concentrate on their business objectives or enjoy themselves with complete peace of mind. <strong>moments of conviviality<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Especially as, with their vast estates, all these houses leave plenty of room for activities. To this end, The Oasis House has formed a partnership with three chefs who can come and run this workshop, as well as being present throughout the stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les demeures d'Homanie has a dedicated chef who offers a range of classic menus. \"\u00a0<em>But we can also offer more exclusive products<\/em>\" explains Marie Treppoz. As for the catering, The Oasis House has found a user-friendly solution by working with local traders to put together a menu of <strong>great dishes to share<\/strong> - roast chicken, gratin dauphinois. <em>\"We have set up a process with our partners: they deliver to us and everything is put in the fridge, with a small label for each meal.<\/em>\u00a0\"All the guests have to do is put the food in the oven and sit down at the table to help themselves to the dish.
