At the same time, the American group has just completed the acquisition of the travel platform Mr &amp; Mrs Smith,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/hyatt-hotels-boutique-mr-mrs-smith-20230509.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> recently announced<\/a>. This acquisition will enable the company to offer bookings for <strong>more than 1,500 boutique and luxury hotels<\/strong>This includes some twenty countries where Hyatt did not previously have a presence, such as Croatia, Iceland and Fiji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/hyatt-transformation-profondeur-20230515.html\/\" data-id=\"148475\">Hyatt: a great name becomes a great group<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>As for planned openings, the American group has just opened a new hotel in London, its ninth in the British capital: the <strong>Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars<\/strong>. Next door to the City and St Paul's Cathedral, the hotel is housed in a listed building that was once one of King Henry VIII's royal palaces. In addition to 204 rooms and three bars and restaurants, the hotel offers 450 m\u00b2 of meeting space, including a function room for 150 people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Supported by \"\u00a0<em>a strong recovery in business and group travel<\/em>\" The Hyatt Regency brand is also expecting a large number of developments around the world. After Mexico at the start of the year, with openings in Mexico City and San Luis Potosi, this year's <strong>predominantly business-oriented<\/strong> The Hyatt Regency Baytown-Houston and Hyatt Regency Conroe, both of which have extensive meeting facilities, have just opened in quick succession in the Houston area in the United States. Business travellers to China will soon have two new airport hotels at their disposal, in Xian and Hangzhou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Asia-Pacific region will be at the heart of Hyatt's international expansion in 2023 and in the years to come. <strong>Shanghai is expecting several establishments<\/strong> In particular, with a Hyatt Centric and a Caption by Hyatt in the business district near Zhongshan Park, while a luxurious lifestyle Thompson is expected this year in Expo Park, in the Pudong district. Bangkok should see the opening of an Andaz lifestyle hotel by the end of the year, as part of the One Bangkok complex in the heart of the Thai capital's business district. As for <strong>Kuala Lumpur<\/strong>A luxurious Park Hyatt and a Hyatt Centric are expected, with Hyatt Centric continuing its journey in the region with other openings in Tokyo, Osaka and Sydney. At the same time, the Hyatt Place brand will establish itself for the first time in Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to Asia, the American group is also gradually strengthening its offer in Africa, with a Hyatt Centric in Cairo and the launch of three Hyatt brands in Africa. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/kenya-formalites-vaccination-20210604.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Kenya<\/strong> <\/a>by 2024, a Hyatt Regency and the Hyatt Place\/Hyatt House Nairobi Westlands combo. But the group's growth also depends on it, of course, <strong>by Europe<\/strong> with plans for a Thompson Rome hotel and the integration of German hotel operator Lindner Hotels &amp; Resorts. As part of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/hyatt-lindner-hotels-allemagne-20221010.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">franchise agreement<\/a>More than 30 of the group's hotels are preparing to join the JdV by Hyatt brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also in Germany, the Hyatt group will be welcoming a new member of The Unbound Collection brand this year with the Kennedy 89 hotel in Frankfurt. This development will enable Hyatt to make its entry into the German market. <strong>at the heart of Germany's financial centre<\/strong>Until now, the group has only had a Hyatt Place at the airport. Located in the chic district of Sachsenhausen, on Kennedy Allee - hence the name - this luxury hotel will offer 181 rooms - including 68 suites - all with private balconies. Another special feature of the establishment is that all the rooms will be adapted for long stays, with integrated kitchenettes in each of them. However, Kennedy 89 will also offer a restaurant, several bars, including a rooftop bar, as well as spaces for meetings and events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a
