And in the absence of a training programme, the<strong>French airline<\/strong> now has a <strong>action plan<\/strong>s. This was unveiled <strong>Monday<\/strong>, <strong>Cl\u00e9ment Beaune<\/strong> and <strong>Olivia Gr\u00e9goire<\/strong> taking the opportunity to travel to <strong>Orly<\/strong>. In fact, performance indicators are the first <strong>8 axes<\/strong> set out by the government, which should initiate <strong>21 shares <\/strong>in total. And if this first priority is anything to go by, France has Olympic ambitions. The roadmap aims to \"<em>Develop appropriate indicators to cover all aspects of service quality and set ambitious targets to raise French air transport to the highest level in Europe and the world.<\/em>\". In particular, the following will be scrutinised<br><strong>flight delays, of course<\/strong>but also the <strong>respect for passenger rights<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the heart of the approach, the passenger must benefit from better quality support. This will be the focus of the third area, which aims to provide enhanced assistance for passengers in the terminal, particularly during peak travel periods. This approach is reminiscent of what Augustin de Romanet said last April, when presenting the new tools of A\u00e9roports de Paris, that \" <em>a head-on collision for passengers returning from a conference where they have been treated with the utmost respect, and arriving at an airport where they feel they are not being treated as human beings <\/em>\". At the time, the head of the ADP group intended to \" <em>realise that we have a job to do in managing queues - when they unfortunately occur - that needs to be much improved. And this doesn't necessarily require exceptional financial resources, because we have established that, fortunately, this only concerns less than 10% of people in the worst case scenario. <\/em>\". Augustin de Romanet promised: \" <em>we are going to adopt a radically different approach to accompanying passengers in queues. I have asked my teams to take a hotel approach <\/em>\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/aeroports-francais-2022-20230419.html\/\" data-id=\"147239\">French airports: the winners and losers of 2022<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">New cabin baggage equipment tested in Paris and Lyon<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>To achieve the objectives of the plan unveiled on Monday, the government is planning to work together. The plan provides for <strong>strengthening cooperation <\/strong>between the various players in the air transport chain. For all that, the government is not shying away from technological \"doping\". With \"<em>a passenger route that guarantees maximum fluidity at every stage<\/em>\"The plan is based on<em>sufficient human resources<\/em>\"but also on<em>the most innovative technologies and processes<\/em>\". On this point, the tactics envisaged remain rather vague, since the State intends to \"<em>improve the fluidity of safety processes by deploying new technologies<\/em>\". We do know, however, that <strong>trials of new explosives detection equipment for cabin baggage<\/strong> are planned at <strong>Paris <\/strong>and <strong>Lyon <\/strong>during 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"584\" height=\"581\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/o-gregoire.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-152569\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/o-gregoire.jpg 584w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/o-gregoire-300x298-derived.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/o-gregoire-150x150-derived.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 584px) 100vw, 584px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-quote\"><blockquote><p>The first impression is often the one that stays with you, so we must do everything we can to ensure that travellers are welcomed smoothly, professionally and efficiently, from the moment they arrive in France, especially in our airports.<\/p><cite>Olivia Gr\u00e9goire, Minister for Tourism<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/paris-orly-alliance-environnementale-20230606.html\/\" data-id=\"149983\">Paris-Orly at the helm of a new environmental alliance<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>\"<em>With the major sporting events that will draw attention to France, we need to ensure that our travel routes are exemplary.<\/em>\"confirms <strong>Olivia Gr\u00e9goire<\/strong>. The Minister Delegate for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, Trade, Craft Trades and Tourism continued: \"<em>First impressions are often the ones that stick, so we need to do everything we can to ensure that travellers are welcomed smoothly, professionally and efficiently, from the moment they arrive in France, especially at our airports. Meeting this challenge will only be possible if all the stakeholders work hand in hand, in particular the State and the airport operators involved. This is the purpose of this national action plan to improve service quality in French air transport, which has been drawn up jointly with all the players involved.<\/em>\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As with the French delegation, which will be playing on home soil, expectations will be high of the tourism industry during the tournament. <strong>Paris 2024<\/strong>. Even more so with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/taxis-volants-jo-2024-paris-20230622.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ambitious promises<\/a>This is particularly true in the transport sector, following the postponement of a number of major projects.
