According to a study published a few days ago by the technology specialist <strong>Bizzabo<\/strong>In addition, face-to-face training is making a strong comeback, and this is set to continue over the coming months. More than <strong>4500 people <\/strong>were surveyed last June, including some <strong>1700 event organisers <\/strong>and more than <strong>2300 delegates<\/strong>. In the first category, most respondents (86.4 %) plan to maintain or increase the number of in-person events in 2024 compared to 2023. As for the second category, they seem to support this good resolution. In fact, 77.7% of participants believe that professional events will <em>in situ <\/em>offer the best opportunities for relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"399\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/singapour.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-153969\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/singapour.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/singapour-300x171-derived.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/salons-professionnels-francais-international-20230627.html\/\" data-id=\"151263\">French trade shows decipher international expectations<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>Does this return to the face-to-face format mean that the new technologies that emerged during the crisis or that were already in use - particularly for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/evenements-hybrides-20210322.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hybrid events <\/a>- be consigned to oblivion? Not necessarily. In fact, the <strong>hybrid <\/strong>remains a <strong>priority <\/strong>according to Bizzabo. Nearly half of those surveyed (49.6 %) broadcast sessions for online participants and 35.1 % organise a virtual event in tandem with the face-to-face conference. This is a wise decision, given that 40.6% of participants cite hybrid events as their preferred event format. Conversely, only 11.6% of organisers say they do not offer any virtual component. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"254\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/bizzabo-hyb.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-153965\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/bizzabo-hyb.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/bizzabo-hyb-300x109-derived.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><figcaption>When asked \"What is your favourite format for an event? <\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Another success criterion, and not the least important: the<strong>event infrastructure<\/strong>the place to meet\". 64.6 % of participants felt that <strong>the location of a conference can determine its success... or failure<\/strong>. It's easy to see why this choice is cited as one of the top three headaches for organisers, especially at a time when budgets and pricing are struggling to find common ground...<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
