There were increasing complaints from passengers about the impossibility of getting to the centre of Tokyo at a reasonable price with the Emirates flight (EK 312) landing in the evening, around 10.30pm<\/strong>on the tarmac at Haneda airport. But by the time they had passed through police and customs checks and collected their baggage, most passengers missed the last bus or train from the airport to the heart of the capital<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emirates<\/a> responded effectively. The Dubai transport operator has just introduced a free shuttle bus service.<\/strong>. Opened September 1st<\/strong>The new bus service is parked in the space reserved for charter buses adjacent to Terminal 3. It serves two stations in the heart of Tokyo: Tokyo Central and Shinagawa station<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The transfer can be booked as soon as the ticket is purchased, using an IATA code for both stations.<\/strong>. Tokyo Central Station appears under the IATA code TYQ and Shinagawa Station under the code SGS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bus number EK7034 leaves Haneda International Airport at 00:01 and arrives at Tokyo Railway Station (TYQ) at 00:40. Bus number EK7036 will leave Haneda International Airport at 00:01 and arrive at Shinagawa Station (SGS) at 00:30. In the event of flight delays or delayed passengers, both connections are guaranteed until at least 1am.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emirates is the only airline in Japan to offer a free bus service between Haneda airport and the main railway stations in the Japanese metropolis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
