This is already a significant financial windfall, and one that could well grow even further over the next ten years. According to the report soberly entitled <strong>\"Bleisure Travel Market, Opportunities and Forecast<\/strong>This trend is set to accelerate. And this at an average annual growth rate of <strong>8,9 %<\/strong> between <strong>2023<\/strong> and <strong>2032<\/strong>. This momentum should enable the bleisure market to reach <strong>731.4 billion by 2032<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/masters-of-travel-accor-voyages-affaires-20230801.html\/\" data-id=\"153385\">Masters of Travel: business travel trends analysed by Accor<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the authors of the report, the advent of bleisure is a response to the needs of Human Resources to guarantee a good work-life balance. <strong>balance<\/strong> to employees between <strong>work<\/strong> and <strong>well-being<\/strong>. \"<em>To safeguard the mental health of employees worldwide, there is a growing demand for work-life balance. What's more, by creating a working environment that prioritises work-life balance, employers can save money and maintain a happier, more productive workforce. One of the new trends in reconciling work and well-being is travelling for work. The bleisure travel market is set to grow<\/em>\"the authors analyse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/mice-2023-mmgy-20230905.html\/\" data-id=\"155833\">MMGY forecasts an \"exceptional\" 2023 vintage for the MICE business in Europe<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"452\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/bleisure-2032.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-156349\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/bleisure-2032.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/bleisure-2032-300x194-derived.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In particular, the Allied Market Research study differentiated the evolution of leisure within different employee populations. And unsurprisingly, depending on their age, mobile professionals do not view their relationship with leisure in the same way. While all three generations of respondents are expected to see an increase in the proportion of leisure activities, it is the Millenials in particular who stand out. The study describes these young employees as \"energetic, life-loving people, (...) committed workers, compulsive shoppers and seasoned party-goers\". What's more, according to the authors, their motivations for combining the useful with the pleasurable are twofold: \"<em>Millennials have the largest share of the bleisure travel market, as they travel for both adventure and financial gain.<\/em>\"say the authors of the report.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mixing the genres of business and leisure travel could become very popular in the years to come.
