Located on the Chartrons square, in the heart of the city's bohemian quarter, this 100-room establishment is the result of the transformation of the former Mercure Bordeaux Cit\u00e9 Mondiale after several months of renovation work. Designed by Stella Cadente<\/strong>The hotel has a seaside atmosphere, particularly in its suites inspired by the Bay of Arcachon and the Pilat Dune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Close to the Cit\u00e9 du Vin and a stone's throw from the tramway, the hotel aims to stand out for its rooftop restaurant<\/strong>Le Tchanqu\u00e9, adding a panoramic view of the city and the Garonne River below to a menu based around local produce - seafood in particular - and dishes to share.
