{"id":156511,"date":"2023-09-11T11:07:58","date_gmt":"2023-09-11T09:07:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/?p=156511"},"modified":"2025-03-03T10:18:44","modified_gmt":"2025-03-03T09:18:44","slug":"hilton-recharges-tesla-united-states","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/hilton-recharges-tesla-united-states","title":{"rendered":"United States: Hilton goes electric with Tesla"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>AccorInvest, B&amp;B Hotels, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/barriere-bornes-recharge-hotels-20230710.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Barri\u00e8re Group<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/louvre-hotels-bornes-recharge-20220321.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Louvre Hotels<\/a> or Radisson, which plans to equip all its European hotels by 2025 with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.flotauto.com\/accorinvest-recharge-20250227.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">charging stations <\/a><\/strong>the<strong> solutions tailored to the rise of electric vehicles<\/strong> (EVs) are on the increase in the hotel industry. But this trend is not unique to France and Europe. In the United States, Hilton has just announced the mass deployment of Tesla universal wall connectors in its establishments across the Atlantic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/recharge-solutions-radisson-bb-20230629.html\/\" data-id=\"151515\">Radisson, B&amp;B Hotels: new recharging solutions in hotels<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>From early next year, almost 2,000 hotels in the United States, Canada and Mexico will gradually incorporate at least six chargers per establishment. A total of 20,000 connectors are expected to be offered by the leader in electric cars, making it possible to recharge not only Tesla cars, but any model of electric vehicle in North America. In other words, no more and no less than<strong> the largest overnight charging network for electric vehicles<\/strong> in the hotel sector. \"\u00a0<em>At Hilton we are committed to meeting the changing needs of our customers<\/em>said Matt Schuyler, Hilton's Brand Director. <em>Through this expanded agreement with Tesla, we are dramatically changing the landscape of universal EV chargers in North America in an incredibly short period of time.<\/em>\" .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The hotels selected to host these charging points are logically those located along the roads and in the main urban destinations in North America. What<strong> to make the Hilton Group's establishments the destination of choice<\/strong>The number of these vehicles is growing all the time, particularly on long journeys. \"\u00a0<em>Installing infrastructure at popular destinations, such as Hilton hotels, means that EV owners can recharge wherever they park, meaning there are no unnecessary stops to refuel during their journey.\"<\/em>said Rebecca Tinucci, Senior Director of Charging Infrastructure at Tesla. It's yet another way of encouraging petrol car owners to switch to electric vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a
