{"id":157025,"date":"2023-09-15T10:54:08","date_gmt":"2023-09-15T08:54:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/?p=157025"},"modified":"2023-09-15T12:23:50","modified_gmt":"2023-09-15T10:23:50","slug":"transavia-long-haul","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/transavia-long-haul","title":{"rendered":"Dakar, Dubai, Cape Verde: Transavia offers more and more long-haul flights"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The arrival of the winter season will see a strengthening of long-haul routes on the network <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/transavia-hiver-dakar-20230426.html\/\">Transavia<\/a><\/strong>. They concern routes to<strong>Africa<\/strong> and the <strong>Middle East<\/strong> but also, for the first time, to the Gulf - in particular Dubai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To the<strong>Africa,<\/strong> the low-cost subsidiary of the Air France-KLM group will be launching the <strong>service to Cape Verde from Paris-Orly<\/strong>. There will be two flights a week (Monday and Friday) to Praia and one flight a week (Saturday) to Sao Vincente. Service to Praia has also been confirmed for the<strong> summer season 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>In parallel Dakar<\/b> has become Transavia's busiest regional African destination. The carrier adds <strong>flights from Bordeaux (Tuesday and Friday) and Toulouse (Sunday)<\/strong>. These routes join existing flights from Lyon, Marseille and Nantes. These services are due to start at the end of October.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/transavia-lyon-marseille-dubai-20230620.html\/\" data-id=\"150827\">Transavia to link Lyon and Marseille to Dubai<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>For the<strong> Cairo<\/strong>Transavia will offer two flights a week from <strong>Lyon<\/strong> (Tuesday and Friday) and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/nantes-voyage-affaires-20181219.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Nantes<\/strong> <\/a>(Friday) from 22 December.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the Near and Middle East, Transavia launches on 29 October <strong>three flights a week from Lyon to Dubai<\/strong> (go on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Next on 31 October <strong>three weekly flights from Marseille<\/strong> (outbound on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays; return on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And finally.., <strong>Orly will have a flight every Saturday from 4 November to Aqaba<\/strong> in Jordan.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Low-cost carrier Transavia is increasingly positioning
