Alongside the debates <\/a>on the relevance of domestic flights<\/a> <\/strong>or ceilings to be imposed <\/strong><\/a>in this or that European hub<\/strong>, AirHelp <\/strong><\/a>looked at consequences of flight disruptions on the planet<\/strong>. And according to the calculations in the study published on 26 September cancellations <\/strong>and delays <\/strong>of thefts would generate 9 million additional tonnes of CO2 emissions<\/strong>or 1.3 % of the aeronautics industry's total CO2 footprint<\/strong>.
