However, we will have to wait <strong>2025 <\/strong>to take advantage of the new cabin layout on short and medium-haul flights.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The company will successively equip <strong>38 Airbus A320<\/strong> who are already flying for Lufthansa with the new product, which will have the following features:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>More space for hand luggage<\/strong>. This will be a real plus for passengers, who will be able to take wider cabin baggage than the current dimensions, thanks to <strong>larger 40% luggage racks<\/strong>. Luggage can be stored vertically.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>USB port and tablet\/smartphone holder<\/strong>. Lufthansa will install an individual USB port for charging mobile devices. <strong>All seats will have a special holder for tablets and smartphones<\/strong>. Customers will be able to watch their films and series much more comfortably.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>New headquarters<\/strong>. Lufthansa has selected the seat from Italian manufacturer Geven. Its ergonomic design will offer greater comfort and, above all <strong>more legroom<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Reconfiguration of all aircraft to be completed by 2027<\/strong>. Lufthansa will now have to tackle its ground and after-flight services, an area which is currently attracting serious criticism from its
