Since 2 October, the company <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/air-malta-demantelement-20230418.html\/\">Air Malta<\/a> is no more. <strong>It has been officially replaced by KM Malta Airlines<\/strong>. The changes will be \"almost transparent\" for passengers, according to the government. The company will retain <strong>a similar number of aircraft<\/strong> -8 Airbus A320ceo and A320neo.<\/p>\n<p>No disruption to flight schedules is expected. In fact, Air Malta, which is heavily in debt - according to its CEO, a daily loss of 170,000 euros is expected in 2021 - has favoured a transformation of its business model. <strong>the model chosen by the Italian government for ex-Alitalia<\/strong> as requested by the European Union. Only the livery of the aircraft will change to reflect the new identity.<\/p>\n<p>On French-speaking Europe, <strong>the former Air Malta served Paris CDG and Orly, Lyon, Nice, Brussels and Geneva<\/strong>.
