The bay of Sydney <\/strong>has been enriched by a new architectural jewel. The Australian metropolis was obviously famous for its opera house. Those who are familiar with the brand will find its fundamentals here, with a sharp design<\/strong>In this case, the interiors were designed by London studio Bowler James Brindley. A lively lobby, a Living Room punctuated by an electric blue circular bar: the festive atmosphere is also present, especially as the establishment has other bars and restaurants. These include BTWN, which focuses on local cuisine and New South Wales produce, 2AM, a dessert bar open late for sweet after-dinner drinks, and 29\/30, a two-level bar by the pool at 29.e<\/sup> on the first floor and specialising in cocktails and vintage champagnes on the upper floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
