The increase in capacity mainly concerns domestic flights. Their number marks <strong>an increase of 34% compared with the pre-Covid period<\/strong>. That's almost 97,000 weekly frequencies.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Internationally, <strong>capacity to 65 foreign markets will be equivalent to 70.7% of pre-Covid supply<\/strong>. This is a significant improvement on the summer season.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Indeed, in the week ending 22 October, the number of international passenger flights returned to 51 % of the 2019 level, connecting 61 overseas markets. However, some markets have already exceeded their pre-pandemic capacity levels. These include, <strong>include the United Kingdom, Italy and the United Arab Emirates<\/strong>. Germany still had a deficit of over 40%.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-plus-de-vols-internationaux-cet-hiver\">More international flights this winter<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>On the international front, this winter season will see<strong> 6,502 weekly passenger flights operated by 116 airlines to 65 foreign markets<\/strong>. The increase in frequencies will be particularly significant for the partner countries of the Chinese initiative <strong>\"Belt and Road<\/strong> (BRI), according to a CAAC spokesman.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>According to consultant OAG, <strong>the number of seats offered internationally was still 43% lower than in October 2019<\/strong>. For a total of <strong>4.96 million seats compared with 8.75 million in October 2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Beijing airport<\/strong> said <strong>more frequencies to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/air-france-klm-hiver-2023-2024-20231027.html\/\">Amsterdam<\/a>Frankfurt and London, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/air-france-klm-hiver-2023-2024-20231027.html\/\">Paris<\/a>Munich, Madrid, Dubai, Sydney and Auckland<\/strong>. As well as the opening of new routes on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/san-francisco-soma-silicon-valley-20171016.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">San Francisco <\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/bakou-du-petrole-et-des-idees-20150709.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Baku<\/a>. For a total of <strong>73 international destinations linked to the Chinese capital<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"vapo-widget\"><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Airlines have received permission from the Civil Aviation Authority of China (CAAC) to increase their frequencies this winter.
