It is precisely this phenomenon of <strong>\"Work from Anywhere <\/strong>which is on today...<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"vapo-content\" style=\"display:none\">\n<p>What remains of the<strong>teleworking experience <\/strong>initiated on a massive scale with the health crisis? This is the question <strong>SAP Concur<\/strong> tries to provide new answers, by investigating the virtues of this remote operation for the employee, even if it means denouncing certain bad practices...<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the wake of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/bleisure-europe-concur-20181112.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>bleisure<\/strong><\/a>Teleworking opened up new horizons for employees, a new balance between the personal and professional spheres. With the promise of being able to work from anywhere, to enjoy the best of both worlds. It is precisely this phenomenon of <strong>\"Work from Anywhere <\/strong>now under the spotlight <strong>SAP Concur<\/strong>. The survey compares the views of the company (835 decision-makers, 835 financial decision-makers) and the 1,670 employees questioned across Europe: France, Benelux (Belgium and the Netherlands), DACH (Germany and Switzerland), Italy, the Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland and Sweden), Spain and finally the United Kingdom. For the French market alone, 100 HR decision-makers, 100 financial decision-makers and 200 employees were surveyed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/comet-teletravail-bureau-hybride-20230911.html\/\" data-id=\"156515\">Teleworking, office, hybrid: Comet measures the new balances<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>First observation: unsurprisingly, as is so often the case in HR, the problem is largely one of the \"right people\".<strong>balance <\/strong>between employees' desire for greater flexibility and the company's need for control. The ability to work from anywhere <strong>would increase satisfaction <\/strong>The vast majority of employees (72%). And an equivalent proportion (70%) of finance managers are afraid of <strong>lose control over business expenses<\/strong>... What's more, \"Work from Anywhere\" raises the issue of the duty of care, and HR managers are clearly aware of this. According to <strong>SAP Concur<\/strong>59% of them are concerned about the duty of care when it comes to the health and safety implications of employees \"working from anywhere\" abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/duty-of-care-exercice-20180723.html\/\" data-id=\"75261\">Duty of care: \"this is not an exercise\".<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"267\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/sap-concur-b.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-161261\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/sap-concur-b.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/sap-concur-b-300x114-derived.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Behind these figures, it is often the relationship of trust between the company and its employees that determines the extent of teleworking. On this point, the SAP Concur survey has the merit of identifying bad practices that can damage this relationship. In fact, 10% of employees have knowingly 'worked from anywhere' without telling their employer over the last 12 months. And 65% think it would be easy for them to lie about the number of days they have worked abroad... Even if it means adopting questionable methods. The \"Work from Anywhere\" study highlights the sometimes rigorous organisation required to conceal one's real place of work. In addition to the classic virtual background used by 62% of \"clandestine teleworkers\", 33% of them avoid activities on social networks.
