They can also do this at the check-in kiosk, using their biometric passport. SITA's biometric solution, Smart Path - powered by NEC - can then replace the boarding pass with the passenger's face, making the airport experience smoother. \" <em>We have found that the more we automate the passenger journey through the airport, the better the experience. <\/em>\"says David Lavorel. The CEO of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/interview-sergio-colella-sita-2-20220216.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SITA <\/a><\/strong>adds: \" <em>Biometric checkpoints significantly speed up the compulsory steps at the airport, giving passengers more time to relax before the flight rather than being in a queue.
