From the month of <strong>January <\/strong>next, <strong>Lufthansa <\/strong>will be offering its passengers a free messaging service on its European network. This offer also includes the sending of <strong>photos<\/strong>. \"\u00a0<em>Lufthansa to offer unlimited free messaging on short and medium-haul flights<\/em>\u00a0\"the German company announced a few days ago. \"\u00a0<em>On A320 Family aircraft equipped with WLAN, passengers will be able to send and receive as many messages as they like, including photos, on their own smartphone or tablet during the flight - free of charge!<\/em>\" .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time, <strong>Lufthansa to halve the price of other Internet packages<\/strong> on board, including streaming, again from mid-January.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/viasat-wi-fi-attentes-voyageurs-20230920.html\/\" data-id=\"157437\">In-flight Wi-Fi: travellers' habits and expectations surveyed by Viasat<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>To access these improvements, business travellers will need to log on to FlyNet with a Miles &amp; More card number, or with an e-mail address registered with the Lufthansa Group Travel ID. Passengers will be able to register during the flight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-quote\"><blockquote><p>stay in touch with family and business partners above the clouds, free of charge<\/p><cite>Heiko Reitz, CCO of Lufthansa Airlines<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>\"\u00a0<em>Lufthansa invests around two billion euros in improving its products and services. As part of this, we have implemented and planned numerous large-, medium- and small-scale initiatives to make travelling with Lufthansa an even better experience.<\/em>\" says Heiko Reitz, CCO of Lufthansa Airlines. \"\u00a0<em>Free messaging is an excellent example of this. I'm delighted that, in future, our customers will be able to stay in touch with their loved ones or business partners above the clouds, free of charge.<\/em>\" continues Heiko
