The Ascott group is continuing to expand in Vienna. After opening its first establishment in the Austrian capital last year - the Citadines South Vienna - the world leader in extended-stay hotels has announced the opening of two new residences<\/strong> this November. With this in mind, customers benefit fromcommunal areas combining work and relaxation<\/strong> with its 'Collab' coworking room on one side and a games room, fitness room and terrace on the other. Designed to meet the needs of the new generations of travellers, who are particularly looking for community aspects, the lyf Sch\u00f6nbrunn Vienna offers them a \"Bond\" shared kitchen, encouraging exchanges and discussions around the stove. As for accommodation, the residence has 162 flats divided into three categories: 'Level-Up' and 'Level-Up Plus' duplexes with bathroom, living room and kitchenette on the lower floor and a bedroom on the upper floor.
