They now know that we are there to support them, whether their disability is visible or not.<\/em> \"promises Andrew Crawley, Chairman of Amex GBT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/american-express-bilan-esg-2021-20220428.html\/\" data-id=\"124305\">Sustainability, equity, inclusion: positive results for Amex GBT<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>To inaugurate this new tool, it is therefore a client with a global aura who must give this launch an international resonance and solid credibility: <strong>IBM<\/strong>. Especially as technology is one of the three pillars of the offer developed by Amex GBT. \" <em>We are in the process of integrating accessibility solutions into our main technological products for travellers <\/em>\"says Mark McSpadden. The Vice-President of Global Product Strategy &amp; Experience at Amex GBT continues: \" <em>Some of these updates include captions for images, keyboard only, voice recognition, screen reading capabilities and extended visual options (i.e. colour, font size, contrast). <\/em>\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/mice-marriott-neurodivergence-20231201.html\/\" data-id=\"163417\">MICE: Marriott takes neurodivergence into account<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>When asked about concrete applications, Amex GBT's management said \" <em>the use of other indicators (e.g. the asterisk) for a mandatory field on the screen instead of a colour, and ensuring that whenever there is an image on the screen, it includes a descriptive image tag, so that a screen reader can describe the image for the user <\/em>\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While technology should make it easier for travellers to get around, the human element remains at the heart of the approach developed by Amex GBT in its solution. The office <strong>TRSA (Travelers Requiring Specialty Assistance)<\/strong> is made up of a specialised team. The solution launched on Monday by Amex GBT is also designed to focus on <strong>awareness<\/strong>by helping corporate customers to identify partnerships. The aim is to promote the needs of all travellers and those of the travel industry as a whole. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-quote\"><blockquote><p>offer an open environment that allows everyone to travel and succeed<\/p><cite>Andrew Crawley, Chairman of Amex GBT<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>Andrew Crawley describes the relationship between Amex GBT and IBM: \" <em>a similar approach to travel accessibility<\/em> \".
