The latter will significantly increase (25%) the <strong>capacity <\/strong>existing infrastructure (12,000 m\u00b2). The project also includes the development of a <strong>outdoor event zone<\/strong>The new Mertzau interchange will provide easier access. They are due to be completed next autumn, with a slight delay due to more extensive decontamination work than expected.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\">\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/centre-de-congres-mice-20230201.html\/\" data-id=\"141731\">Rouen, Orl\u00e9ans, Nice, N\u00eemes: new convention centres shake up the French MICE sector<\/a><\/p>\r\n<\/aside>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The project designed by AEA Architectes includes in particular <strong>550 photovoltaic panels<\/strong> which will be positioned on the roof of the new building. The electricity generated (182 kWp) will supply the whole of the Parc Expo. Laurent Grain, Parc Expo Director, predicts \" <em>sufficient volume for consumption on the premises, excluding events <\/em>\".<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/parc-expo-mulhouse.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"429\" class=\"wp-image-164453\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/parc-expo-mulhouse.jpg\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/parc-expo-mulhouse.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/parc-expo-mulhouse-300x184-derived.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a>\r\n<figcaption><em>Parc Expo Mulhouse<\/em><\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-120-000-visiteurs-supplementaires-chaque-annee\">120,000 additional visitors every year<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>On the strength of this redesigned infrastructure, <strong>Mulhouse Alsace Conurbation <\/strong>estimates that it will be able to welcome around thirty new events, and no fewer than 120,000 additional visitors each year. All this for a total investment of \u20ac13 million. This investment should rapidly bring substantial economic benefits, estimated at 8 million a year by Mulhouse Alsace Agglom\u00e9ration.
