The Wyndham group is expanding its footprint in the Paris Region business hotel sector. While its Dolce brand is preparing a MICE hotel at Jouy-en-Josas, next spring the American hotelier will be affixing its flagship brand to <strong>another great, great business establishment<\/strong>. A hotel with a front row seat to the major event of 2024, located between the Stade de France and the future Olympic Village in Saint Denis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/dolce-versailles-hotel-mice-20231124.html\/\" data-id=\"162725\">Dolce Versailles: the royal road for Wyndham's MICE brand<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>Since his <strong>rooftop bar perched 125 m high<\/strong> or its panoramic swimming pool, both on the 40th and top floors, guests of the future H4 Hotel Wyndham Paris Pleyel will be able to contemplate the effervescence of the district during the sports fortnight, but also its renewal. The area is undergoing radical change, with old factories giving way to contemporary urban cultures and cultural venues. The hotel will be playing its part in this transformation by transforming a relic of the past, the Pleyel Tower, a 1970s skyscraper that was for a long time the tallest office tower north of the capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emptied of its occupants for over a decade, stripped of asbestos and reinvented after three years of work, this tower is about to be reborn as a top-of-the-range hotel and is part of the <strong>Paris Pleyel urban project<\/strong>one of the largest in Greater Paris. But it is undoubtedly the business clientele that will be the first to be targeted. The H4 Hotel Wyndham Paris Pleyel will feature<strong>a large convention centre <\/strong>which can accommodate nearly 2,700 people. This 4,500 m\u00b2 MICE venue includes a vast 1,175 m\u00b2 plenary hall with an eight-metre high ceiling. Organisers will also find a host of meeting rooms - 16 in all - equipped with the latest technology, making it ideal for all types of event, from major conventions to product launches and gala dinners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another of the hotel's key features in attracting business events is its large capacity, with <strong>697 rooms and suites<\/strong> divided into five categories, including a 129 m\u00b2 presidential suite with panoramic views from the 37th floor. All these rooms have been designed by Axel Schoenert, the agency responsible for the design and interior architecture, combining an industrial, classic and urban aesthetic, with black metallic finishes, Hungarian-style parquet flooring and Street Art-style furniture. This contemporary ambience will be reflected in the hotel's public areas, highlighting the district's past, here using elements of the original tower, and there combining raw, industrial materials with more noble ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The H4 Hotel Wyndham Paris Pleyel will also offer another major advantage for organisers and visiting business travellers alike, <strong>its accessibility<\/strong>. When it opens in the spring, the hotel will be served only by metro line 13 and, a little further on, by RER line B to Paris CDG, but the inauguration in June 2024 of Saint-Denis Pleyel station, the largest in Greater Paris, will expand the range of possibilities.
