Owned by Rocco Forte since it was converted into a hotel in 2006, this former residence built at the beginning of the 20th century is now the largest hotel in the world.<sup>e<\/sup> century Speyer family hotel closed its doors in 2022. On the programme: 196 rooms and all the key elements of contemporary hotels, with a speakeasy-style bar, a trendy restaurant and, of course, a rooftop with a bar and swimming pool. For business travellers, the Hoxton Vienne will offer its meetings concept, The Apartment, as well as - and this is a first - an auditorium.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Anantara Palais Hansen Vienna (March 2024)<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After Amsterdam, Budapest, Dublin, Rome and Nice, the luxury brand from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/minor-walsh-presence-france-20231213.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Minor group<\/a>also head of NH hotels, has found a new address in Europe, in Vienna. From next spring, his name will take the place of Kempinski on the Vienna strip. <strong>one of the Austrian capital's most prestigious addresses<\/strong>Palais Hansen. Located on the Ring and designed by architect Theophil Edvard Hansen, this historic palace, inaugurated in 1873, was converted into a luxury hotel in the early 2010s. It is now the Minor group that will preside over the future of this hotel with 152 rooms and suites, including the city's largest presidential suite, measuring 270 m\u00b2, as well as around ten function rooms and a Michelin-starred restaurant. This chic hotel is set to undergo a major renovation in 2024-2025 before becoming fully owned by Anantara.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hampton by Hilton Vienna (autumn)<\/strong><br \/>Hotel development in Vienna is not just about luxury and lifestyle hotels. It is also in the Austrian capital that Hilton is preparing to open a hotel of its own. <strong>economic brand<\/strong> With 358 rooms, this is one of the largest Hampton hotels in the world. Intended by its patron, King Leopold II, to accommodate <strong>crowned heads and visiting stars<\/strong> In the Belgian capital, the hotel that once sported the Sofitel brand had been closed for some twenty years. Bought by Corinthia in 2016, the hotel is undergoing a major renovation, in particular restoring the majesty of its gigantic glass roof. With its 125 rooms and suites and its vast banqueting and meeting facilities, the Astoria will be returning to its pre-eminent position in the Brussels hotel scene this summer.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cardo Hotel Brussels, Autograph Collection (early 2024)<\/strong><br \/>In the 'renaissance' family, I ask for the former Sheraton. While the Belgian capital will soon see two of its flagships - the Astoria, then the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/centaurus-albar-cent-ans-projets-avenir-20230110.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Metropole<\/a>In 2025, Brussels will also be meeting again at the beginning of the year, <strong>one of its largest business hotels<\/strong>. Ideally located on Avenue du Boulevard, on the edge of Place Rogier, this establishment, closed since 2016, is about to be revived under the name Cardo Hotel Brussels. As a new member of Marriott's Autograph Collection, the hotel is giving a contemporary makeover to this former glory of the Brussels hotel industry, with a rooftop swimming pool, 486 rooms and 46 elegant suites, and everything you need for corporate meetings with a 2,000 m\u00b2 MICE area. Located in the south of the capital, around ten minutes by car from the airport, this <strong>new business district<\/strong> covers 250,000 m\u00b2 and is preparing to welcome more than 15,000 employees and, soon, a new 193-room Pullman hotel. The hotel, recognisable by its steel and glass fa\u00e7ade and vast terrace, will offer a host of facilities including a chic restaurant and bar, a spa and, above all, a number of ultra-modern conference rooms for business travellers.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DENMARK<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Copenhagen<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>25hours Hotel Paper Island<\/strong> <strong>(during 2024)<\/strong><br \/>Already present in the heart of Copenhagen since the beginning of 2022, the lifestyle brand 25Hours will add<strong> a second address in the Danish capital <\/strong>in 2024. A 128-room hotel located on the island of Christiansholm, which was once home to the huge rolls of paper used for Danish newspapers. A close cousin of Mama Shelter, and like it in the Accor fold, the 25Hours brand will play its part in the contemporary evolution of Paper Island by adding its own trademarks, with a lively restaurant and rooftop bar.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SPAIN<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Barcelona<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>SLS Barcelona (summer)<\/strong><br \/>With three swimming pools, rooftop restaurants and bars, a spa and a location overlooking the marina, SLS is bringing its leisure and lifestyle expertise to the Catalan capital for the first time in Europe. The American luxury brand, now part of the Accor and Ennismore family, will be bringing its 490 rooms and suites, all with balconies, to the trendy @22 district, home to start-ups and innovative companies. The neighbourhood includes <strong>for corporate events<\/strong>The hotel also boasts a large 772 m\u00b2 ballroom. The hotel is close to the city centre and the T\u00faria gardens, as well as to the city's congress centre. This major hotel project in the Finnish capital has changed hands, but not in ambition. Located just opposite the central station and in the heart of the business district, on one of the city's main thoroughfares, this future 224-room hotel will bring together <strong>several historic buildings<\/strong> dating from the early 1900s - including the Hotel Hansa, which was one of the city's leading hotels between 1924 and 1968 - into a luxurious complex. A prime address for corporate meetings, with nine meeting and reception rooms, plus a restaurant and two bars, including one on the rooftop.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">GREECE<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Athens<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Max Brown Athens<\/strong> <strong>(during 2024)<\/strong><br \/>Later this year, the Dutch group Sircle will open a lifestyle hotel under its Max Brown brand in the heart of the Greek capital, not far from Omonia Square. A <strong>boutique establishment <\/strong>This 103-room hotel, inspired by the 70s, will be the first of its kind to feature a welcoming rooftop.
