The historic PLM Saint-Jacques, which opened in the early 1970s, has been owned by the American group since 2006. Closed since the pandemic, the hotel is best known to Parisian business travellers and companies for its conference centre, which covers almost 5,000 m\u00b2 and is one of the largest in the capital. After three years of works, guests will be able to meet there again in the first quarter of 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But with the Olympic Games set to dominate the current year, Paris's business hotel sector will be able to boast of a <strong>new high spot <\/strong>outside the ring road, in Saint Denis. Right next to the Stade de France and the athletes' village. A legacy of the 1970s, the Pleyel Tower, a huge office skyscraper, is gradually being transformed into a top-of-the-range hotel, helping to revitalise the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/wyndham-hotel-affaires-olympique-saint-denis-20231220.html\/\" data-id=\"164459\">Wyndham: an Olympic-sized business hotel in Saint Denis<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>A swimming pool as if weightless in the Paris skies, a skybar perched 125 m high: the<strong> H4 Hotel Wyndham Paris Pleyel<\/strong> has a lot to offer visitors. Its Dolce brand, which for many years ran a MICE hotel in Chantilly, now under the Mercure banner, will once again play an important role in the corporate seminar landscape. This time in the Yvelines, at Jouy-en-Josas, in the heart of a historic site, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/dolce-versailles-hotel-mice-20231124.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Domaine du Montcel<\/a>. The birthplace of the famous toile de Jouy and the Oberkampf family, this estate dates back to the 18th century.<sup>e<\/sup> The Fondation Cartier was once housed here. Several monumental works by C\u00e9sar and Arman can still be seen scattered around the grounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Renovated as a top-of-the-range hotel, the estate is now preparing to house the 178 rooms of the <strong>Dolce by Wyndham Versailles<\/strong>. It's the perfect venue for corporate events and seminars in the great outdoors, with its 1,800 m\u00b2 conference centre comprising 18 rooms of all sizes, including a ballroom that can accommodate up to 450 people for cocktails and opens onto a beautiful terrace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"350\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/intercontinental-chantilly-9033102798-2x.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-165027\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/intercontinental-chantilly-9033102798-2x.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/intercontinental-chantilly-9033102798-2x-300x150-derived.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><figcaption><em>The future InterContinental Chantilly Ch\u00e2teau Mont Royal. <\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Chantilly is another favourite destination for business meetings, and next summer will see the revival of the Ch\u00e2teau H\u00f4tel Mont Royal. Formerly in the hands of the Tiara group, the establishment was taken over last year and will now feature <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/intercontinental-chateau-mont-royal-chantilly-20230516.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the InterContinental luxury brand<\/a> after a period of renovation. Without detracting from the charm of this former Louis XVI style hunting lodge built at the beginning of the 20th<sup>e <\/sup>century, nor the five hectares of forest that surround it. All of these original assets, combined with the chic of the IHG Group's brand, will make the hotel a choice address for top-of-the-range seminars. L'<strong>InterContinental Chantilly Ch\u00e2teau Mont Royal<\/strong> will offer around a hundred rooms, two restaurants and 10 fully-equipped lounges for up to 250 people, plus two large terraces for pleasant outdoor breaks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/minor-trois-hotels-nh-paris-20231110.html\/\" data-id=\"161791\">Three NH hotels in Paris, a major development for Minor Hotels<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">New points of call inside and outside the city walls<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Travellers passing through Paris will be offered a number of new services in 2024, including new boutique addresses, long-stay establishments and hotels that are changing hands. As part of this, the Minor group, owner of the<strong> NH signs<\/strong>In March, the NH Collection will launch three new establishments, the result of the takeover of existing hotels: the 207-room NH Paris Gare de l'Est, the 103-room NH Op\u00e9ra Paris Faubourg and the 90-room NH Paris Champs-Elys\u00e9es. In the future, after renovation, this last establishment will move upmarket to become part of the NH Collection in 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the new addresses, the budget brand <strong>Eklo<\/strong> will be opening a hotel at Porte de Versailles this year, on the edge of the exhibition centre and right next to pavilions 3 and 7. Known for its lifestyle and ecological approach to low-cost hotels, the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/eklo-porte-versailles-2023-20220413.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Eklo Paris Expo Porte de Versailles<\/a> will add more than 300 rooms to the hotel offering at this major Parisian business venue, as well as offering several seminar rooms. The Lavorel group will also be opening a new establishment of its own near the exhibition centre at the start of the year. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/kopster-paris-ouest-colombes-20230316.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lifestyle brand<\/a> <strong>Kopster<\/strong>with 126 rooms. While <strong>Locke<\/strong> is in the process of converting a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/locke-long-sejour-lifestyle-paris-20221017.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">18th century town house<sup>e<\/sup> century<\/a> near the Sorbonne into a 145-room aparthotel, the Ascott group is revisiting the XXth century in a new way.<sup>e<\/sup> took over a former printing works to create the first establishment in France, and the second in Europe, for its brand<a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/ascott-croissance-ouvertures-2023-20230426.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> lyf<\/a>. Surfing on the expectations of a nomadic and digital clientele, the <strong>lyf Paris Gambetta<\/strong> will offer plenty of space for socialising, with its communal areas including coworking spaces, a bar, meeting rooms and a shared kitchen, alongside 139 homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/ouvertures-hotels-france-region-2024-20240108.html\/\" data-id=\"164921\">France: hotels expected in the regions in 2024<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>As Greater Paris takes shape, the hotel industry is also expanding its footprint <strong>in the Paris suburbs<\/strong>. Last year saw the inauguration of both a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/easyhotel-aubervilliers-mars-paris-20230213.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EasyHotel<\/a> in Aubervilliers, from<a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/kopster-paris-ouest-colombes-20230316.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Kopster Paris Ouest<\/a> in Colombes, from the H\u00f4tel<a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/radisson-individuals-paris-clichy-20230315.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> YAC Paris Clichy<\/a> - a Radisson Individuals - or, again in Clichy, the transformation of a Holiday Inn into a hotel. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/voco-ihg-paris-2023-20221012.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Voco<\/a>. Similarly, 2024 will bring its share of new establishments beyond the ring road, including a<strong> Moxy in Clamart<\/strong>expected in the first quarter. Located in the Grand Canal urban development zone, opposite a tramway line 6 stop, this contemporary Marriott hotel will offer 91 rooms in addition to fun-filled communal areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another contemporary brand, this time from Accor, <strong>Tribe<\/strong> will continue<a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/tribe-expansion-europe-asie-20230731.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> expanding its network in the inner suburbs<\/a> with a 120-room establishment with sustainable ambitions at<strong> Clichy-la-Garenne<\/strong>near the town hall, then another at <strong>Pantin<\/strong>The hotel is housed in a former car park dating from the 1950s, now converted into a four-star hotel. As for <strong>ibis Styles<\/strong>with a design inspired by the 'children of pop' at <strong>Villejuif<\/strong> next May, close to metro line 7 and the T7 tramway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The collection of boutique hotels is growing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Following on from last year's Grand Mazarin, Fantaisie and Hotel Dame des Arts, the capital will be adding to its collection of chic, intimate establishments. From January onwards, with the opening of the<strong>Hotel Hana<\/strong>. This five-star hotel is minimalist in terms of both the number of rooms - 25, including 2 suites - and the d\u00e9cor, which is inspired by Japanese aesthetics. Japanese minimalism, early 20th century maximalism<sup>e<\/sup> Interior designer Laura Gonzalez plays on contrasts for this new establishment in the Adresses Hotels collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/hotellerie-parisienne-rentree-20230926.html\/\" data-id=\"157601\">The Paris hotel industry goes back to school<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>With all its upmarket brasseries and trendy addresses, the <strong>Costes family <\/strong>is no stranger to Paris. Through its Beaumarly group, on the hotel side, it presides over the destinies of the Amour and Grand Amour hotels and the Thoumieux. A new address is due to be added this year in the 16th arrondissement of Paris.<sup>e<\/sup> arrondissement, at the top of Avenue Victor Hugo:<strong> Adventure<\/strong>. There will be a caf\u00e9 on the ground floor, hanging gardens on the rooftop, a spa and around fifty rooms in between:<strong> the Foundation<\/strong>expected in the second quarter, is set to be another highlight of the XVII<sup>e<\/sup> arrondissement. Especially as its designer, the New York studio Roman &amp; Williams, is no newcomer to hype hotels, having already worked on the Standard and Ace Hotels in New York.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At a time when hotel groups are making eyes at the independent hotel sector, the Accor group has found its first Parisian base for its new brand <strong>Handwritten Collection<\/strong>. While the name of the hotel has not yet been revealed, a number of details are already known, including its location, close to Montmartre and the Sacr\u00e9-Coeur. Expected to open in spring, this intimate hotel, hidden behind a Haussmann-style fa\u00e7ade, will offer 51 comfortable rooms, including a refined suite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/accor-programme-ouvertures-2024-20231212.html\/\" data-id=\"164009\">Accor: a collection of new addresses in 2024<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>When it comes to tourist attractions, <strong>Versailles<\/strong> is expecting a new five-star hotel in a prime location opposite the Place d'Armes, in front of the ch\u00e2teau courtyard, in June. The 2L Collection Group, behind the Cinq Codet in Paris, has taken over a three-star hotel, the former H\u00f4tel de France, and transformed it into an intimate 31-room cocoon under the guidance of architect Didier Benderli. Housed in a listed building from the XVII<sup>e<\/sup> century,<strong> Les Lumi\u00e8res hotel<\/strong> reflects the atmosphere of the Grand Si\u00e8cle, while at the same time taking a gourmet approach to the present day, with its tea room designed by Pierre Herm\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a
