This is a new luxury concept aimed at customers who want all the services they would find in a four-star hotel, but with the freedom of a hotel residence. It includes a bar, meeting and seminar rooms. And a spa, due to open in 2011. Next year, we will also be opening a second Relais Spa in Roissy.<\/p>\n
Following the launch of Residhome in the three- to four-star segment in the early 2000s, we introduced our first segmentation with S\u00e9jours & Affaires Apparthotels in the budget segment. This diversification of our offering is all the more important given that hotel residences are now seen as accommodation in their own right and no longer, as was long the case, as an alternative. We now have a loyal customer base for medium and long stays as well as short stays. Some customers who are often on the move prefer to have the freedom to cook rather than go out to dinner, even for an evening or two.<\/p>\n
Not for the moment. After accelerating our growth at a rate of ten residences a year between 2006 and 2009, we now have around twenty Residhome properties, 42 S\u00e9jours & Affaires and a Relais Spa. Our growth will continue, with three or four openings a year. But always in France.<\/p>\n
