In October, work will begin on the Bordeaux platform as part of a five-year project. \"<em>Our renewed investment capacity will enable us to upgrade our infrastructure to the highest European standards, while continuing to move calmly towards the decarbonisation of our activities.<\/em>\"warn airport officials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-quote\"><blockquote><p>better manage the reception of the public by improving passenger comfort and the fluidity of their journeys<\/p><\/blockquote><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>The transformation will begin on the <strong>Terminal billi<\/strong>. Bordeaux airport's two main terminals are to be linked by a central building, construction of which is due to start at the beginning of the year. <strong>2026<\/strong>as part of a strategic project called <strong>Resources 27<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This metamorphosis should help Bordeaux airport on the road to recovery. By the end of 2023, the hub will have regained <strong>85% of its 2019 passenger volume<\/strong>with no fewer than 6.6 million passengers. This year, the airport welcomes 22 airlines, operating 128 direct routes to 25 countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a
