He continues: \"<em>Reconsidering employees' business travel would not only improve their well-being, but could also make the company more attractive in terms of retention. <\/em>\".<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The issue is all the more crucial given that, according to Enterprise Mobility, 78% of French workers use their personal vehicle for work. <strong>daily business trips<\/strong>. This practice poses a number of problems, not least because the vehicle's <strong>value decrease <\/strong>as 16% of those surveyed lamented. Enterprise also believes that <strong>reimbursement rate <\/strong>have not been adjusted for the rise in fuel prices (19%), and points to the <strong>loss of time linked to the reimbursement of mileage expenses <\/strong>(14%).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>According to Enterprise Mobility, almost 3 out of 10 employees (29%) would like to be able to use a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/bcd-travel-location-voitures-electriques-20240131.html\/\">rental car <\/a><\/strong>made available by their employer. More generally, French employees are in favour of using <strong>multimodal travel<\/strong>and, above all, how it is valued by the employer. In fact, 51% of those surveyed would like their employer to facilitate their daily journeys by combining different means of transport. And 43% of employees would welcome incentives such as tax breaks...<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\">\r\n<p><a
