Integrated into the landscape, it is accessed via a footbridge, from where you can overlook the Champagne plain while tasting the finest vintages from Mumm and Bollinger. The owner, Olivier Couteau, plans to open two suspended glass and wood rooms in the spring: the Perching Pad.<\/p>\n<p>In the meantime, groups can take a tour through the antlers or abseil 30 metres down into the Leclerc-Briant cellars in \u00c9pernay, where organic champagne producers will be showing off their cuv\u00e9es and introducing them to the art of sandblasting.<\/p>\n<p>And don't miss Le Pr\u00e9 en Bulles, the multi-activity site in Tr\u00e9pail, a village in the heart of the Montagne de Reims.
