Objective: to gauge the <strong>\"hybrid maturity<\/strong> of the company by assigning it a score, tackling the three key themes of<strong>working environment<\/strong>, l'<strong>work organisation <\/strong>and <strong>social interactions<\/strong>. Based on these figures, worklib then organises a workshop with the company to make the most of the data and identify areas for improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This provides the company with an exhaustive and objective assessment of its hybrid maturity. A 360-degree view, which can be <strong>updated <\/strong>regularly to monitor developments.
