Ennismore, Accor's lifestyle hotel subsidiary<\/a>has made Dubai one of its major destinations, and already has a dozen hotels in the emirate. Last year, for example, saw the debut of a SO\/ hotel in the Uptown Dubai complex<\/a> in the heart of the city, as well as those ofa Banyan Tree resort at the end of the year<\/strong>in the Bluewaters Dubai district, facing the ocean. This development culminated in the takeover of Caesars Palace, opened in 2018 by the American group Wynn in the hope of later obtaining a licence to open a casino there. As this was not forthcoming, the owner of the property, Dubai Holding, handed the establishment over to Accor and Ennismore to open Banyan Tree Dubai after renovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With 178 rooms, seven restaurants and three swimming pools, as well as a meeting and events area with several rooms including a ballroom with a capacity of 500 people - not to mention the outdoor areas, the resort will soon have a new neighbour on the artificial island of Bluewaters Dubai. Also as part of the takeover of Caesars Palace, a Delano hotel will complete the complex<\/strong> later this year. This establishment will extend the history of this Miami hotel legend, which opened in 1947 and was relaunched in 1995 after being transformed by Philippe Starck, to the Middle East.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Delano Dubai resort will offer a total of 251 rooms, including 84 suites, some with private pools, as well as four bar and restaurant concepts. These include a poolside restaurant and club in collaboration with Paris Society, a Middle Eastern-inspired restaurant and another focusing on Italian cuisine, in addition to Delano's signature bar, the Rose Bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
