The Italian company has now announced <strong>its new asset, Trenitalia Pro<\/strong>The aim is to strengthen its position vis-\u00e0-vis SNCF by targeting not only businesses, but also the self-employed, associations and organisations, particularly in the public sector. This all-business service is all the more necessary because \"\u00a0<em>almost half the passengers on our trains travel for business reasons<\/em>\" said Marco Caposciutti, Chairman of Trenitalia France, in a press release. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Called Serenit\u00e0 Pro, this offer is based on<strong> the introduction of a single tariff<\/strong> per class of travel on the Paris-Lyon route, with no increase when changing trains. Passengers can also exchange their tickets free of charge and without limit until the departure of their Frecciarossa train. Added to this is the possibility of obtaining \"\u00a0<em>guaranteed space until the last seat available<\/em>\u00a0if there are any changes,\" adds the carrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-deux-profils-au-choix-sur-trenitalia-pro\">A choice of two profiles on Trenitalia Pro<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To benefit from these Serenit\u00e0 Pro rates for their employees, companies must first register free of charge \".\u00a0<em>and with no commitment<\/em>\u00a0\"in<strong> the Trenitalia Pro area <\/strong>of the Trenitalia.com website. However, companies must meet the membership criteria set by Trenitalia in order to begin their 3-year commercial contract. For day-to-day use, two different modules are available on Trenitalia Pro to make it easier to use, the first dedicated to administrators (travel managers, purchasing managers, executive assistants, etc.), the second for business travellers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/trenitalia-puissance-paris-lyon-20231120.html\/\" data-id=\"162391\">Trenitalia, a serious competitor to SNCF on the Paris-Lyon route<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>Trenitalia specifies that the Administrator profile allows you to enter - or delete - the profiles of employees who travel with the company, to monitor their train journeys, both past and future, and to manage a dashboard by defining<strong> his company's travel policy<\/strong> and employee spending limits. Above all, these directors can be registered as \"\u00a0<em>Super User<\/em>\u00a0The \"Serenit\u00e0 Pro\" user profile enables business travellers to manage and book tickets for their colleagues travelling between Paris and Lyon. More traditionally, the user profile enables each business traveller to book their journeys at Serenit\u00e0 Pro fares and to<strong> manage your file in the event of a change<\/strong> or ticket cancellation. You can do this on Trenitalia.com or on the Trenitalia France mobile application, using your login and password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Passengers will also be able to enter information about their frequent journeys (timetables, class of travel, Allegro or Silenzio environment in Standard or Business, etc.) and even add other passengers. They can also <strong>book the \"Sala Meeting\" in this way<\/strong>the 5-person meeting room on board the train between Executive and Business class. Please note that in the event of cancellation of the ticket at the passenger's initiative, the passenger will be reimbursed.\u00a0<em>minus a 20% deduction until the scheduled departure time<\/em>\" states Trenitalia.
