American Airlines has decided to improve the experience on board its aircraft<\/strong> in preparation for the summer season. A redesigned bedding, new toiletries, a fresher, more natural menu for meals<\/strong>Here's what travellers can expect this summer. They include before the introduction of Flagship Suite seats in business class on the future fleet of<\/strong> Boeing 787-9s, Boeing 777-300s and Airbus A321XLRs<\/strong>. This new configuration will mark the disappearance of First on international routes<\/strong>. Flagship Suite will equip the fleet from August<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

American<\/a> has also joined forces with several designers and fashion creators to regularly renew the toilet kits<\/strong> and care products. In addition to the classic range of accessories such as toothbrushes and face masks, the new kit will include regularly-changing skincare products. American will also be producing special limited-edition toiletry kits. Here again, the company is working with American designers and brands.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Improved bedding<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Customers will benefit from enhanced comfort thanks to a new bedding made from recycled materials<\/strong>. Such as double-sided pillows<\/strong>These pillows will be available in First and Business Class. These pillows will be available in First and Business Class. Passengers on the current Flagship First Class<\/strong> on international flights will also continue to receive a on-board pyjamas<\/strong>. First and Business passengers will also have slippers.<\/strong> available on all international flights.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Premium Economy and Economy passengers will also be entitled to improved bedding<\/strong>. Depending on the class of travel, they will receive lumbar pillows, blankets, premium duvets and fleece blankets. To reduce single-use plastic waste, American will offer its bedding accessories in a reusable zip-lock bag made from recycled fibres.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Greater variety in in-cabin catering<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

FinallyAmerican Airlines working to improve meal quality<\/strong> on board. They are generally a reason for complaints from passengers - particularly European passengers. The offer is more international with a variety of flavours inspired by the company's most popular destinations<\/strong>. The American giant cites as examples a macadamia-crusted sea bass with a citrus cream sauce, a Mexican-style marinated chicken or a duo of plain and beetroot gnocchi.
