A double coup in Europe for the Hilton group. Its top-of-the-range brand DoubleTree by Hilton <\/a>has just made its debut in Malta, in the seaside resort of Qawra. Overlooking the bay of Saint Paul, with a number of restaurants and several infinity pools, pending a spa and private beach club planned in the coming months, the 485-room establishment is playing the leisure card. But it is also a popular venue for conventions and seminars by the sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Formerly known as the Dolmen Hotel Malta - its grounds are home to the Bu\u0121ibba temple, dating back to the Neolithic period - the establishment, which has just entered the Hilton Group fold, boastsa vast 2,000 m\u00b2 space <\/strong>for meetings and events. In addition to a ballroom of almost 1,000 m\u00b2, the hotel also has 16 meeting rooms and an auditorium, all equipped with the latest audiovisual technology, with a capacity of up to 800 people. For travellers, it's just a 35-minute drive from Malta International Airport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In another announcement from Hilton, the American group will see the European debut of its new premium economy brand Spark<\/strong>. Our first port of call is Romford, not far from London, right next to the town's railway station, which is linked to the centre of the British capital as well as to Stansted and Heathrow airports by the Elizabeth Line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
